I feel that I have to defend Frasier. Yes, Niles was absent but Kelsey Grammer is more than capable of holding his own and I thought that they handled the passing of John Mahoney beautifully. Obviously, Frasier and Niles' constant sparring and deep seated rivalry is a major part of the show but the absence of Niles didn't break it for me because I damn well love Frasier Crane, so would watch him in a one man show if I had to. 😂
10 one-time (or one-series) leading duos we need to work together again!
I loved the Continental, and attributed the accent to Winston globetrotting, and Night Country was perfect

What bothered me the most about "Death and Other Details" is the fact that they cared more about sex scenes than the narrative of the series. The story was fine if they'd concentrated more on that, but they just had to exploit the fact that they were on a streaming service.
There has been too much bait and switch in the last few years.
My favourite cameo is Buffy the Vampire Slayer appearing in the last ever episode of The Big Bang Theory.

Death and Other Details was a great show the episode count is not a problem, the more the better :).

Honestly I don't remember those details from Tru Det season 1. If anything, TDNC's mistake was walking the line between supernatural and grounded.
I think that the continental worst mistake was killing Katie Mc Grath character before developing it.

Glad to see Apple realized that Constellation was just a mess, and didn't give it another season. I preferred The Signal. True Detective was hours if my life I will never get back. And a second season....no thank you. Same for Outer Range. Both shot for something bigger and miss. IMO.
I loved The Continental.
Echo focusing on its titular character? Shock horror! The show was great.

Echo was great and no reasonable person expected more Daredevil that that. For such a short series, more DD would have overwhelmed the show and really hurt the great Echo / Kingpin dynamic.
True Detective: Night Country was brilliant, and the throwbacks were only an issue if you were looking for them. Most people don't memorize every little piece of a show they watched years before.
Daredevil was in a blink and you'd miss him scene in the trailer. It was Disney that heavily promoted Daredevil it was RUclips Channels.

The entirety of TD season 4 was a mistake. I could write a book on the litany of mistakes this abomination had. It made TD season 2 watchable and that was a shitshow but at least it had some likeable characters. Jodie Foster and Deputy Butch were detestable twats.
Night Country was awful
The best episode of Echo was the one that briefly had DD. It was pretty mid after that and hate what they've done to Kingpin smh

Absolute disaster is WAY overstating it. I get tv/movies are subjective, but this was solid...they just fucked up the ending, giving the family temp powers was a huge mistake.
