Can you please recommend some good disinfectants for professionals to use residential cleaning? Commercial cleaning?

Hypochlorous acid (HOCl) made the FDA recommendation list. It's the least toxic of all the options listed (your own body makes the stuff internally). The safest way to generate your own is through electrolysis of water and a small amount of salt and vinegar to bring down the pH down to 5 to reduce the hypochlorite ion (bleach) concentration. You can find relatively inexpensive generators from the likes of Ecoloxtech in Florida or Force of Nature in New York.

Where to get the mist tip?

Check with the supplier you purchased the sprayer from. The sprayer in the photo has an adjustable tip.

Apply enough solution so you have the dwell time needed for the solution your using. Most are 10 minutes. You may also need to do a 3 pass system if your solution can't air dry.

Three pass system for cleaning and disinfecting is - pass one - route cleaning, pass two - disinfecting (spray and wipe, electrostatic sprayer, or fogger) pass three - wipe disinfectant off surfaces after dwell time. If the disinfectant your using can not air dry on surfaces you will need to wipe surfaces with microfiber cloth. Hope this helps.

If you spray such a light mist the dwell time will most definitely be under 10 min, especially with electrostatic am i wrong?

I suppose that would matter what micron you are spraying at. Larger micron will dwell longer simply because it will release more cleaner. I think you are saying "if the dwell time is 10 minutes for the product, but the mist dries in 5 minutes, how is it making it's kill claim?" I will honestly say in my experience, the surfaces will remain slightly wet for just about 10 minutes. It's really best to spray the finest mist possible for best coverage. Electrostatic takes about the same time to dry/ vs the hand pump sprayer. Electrostatic is just a superior coverage tool
