Do you have Max Quat mixing instructions for use in foggers/mixers. My boss says it's required to be CDC approved. I have already purchased Max Quat 10% from you. vmsiii@aol.com
Great video. Good lighting makes seeing the fog plume really easy. The chlorine fogger uses the venturi effect to suck up the fogging material from the bottle. Putting a tight fitting hole in the cap may affect the pressure balance from the atmosphere needed to 'push' the fogging liquid into the low pressure zone in the main air flow from the compressor.
Great video. We have also used and tested a Graco paint sprayer with a 211 tip on it works great for doing large projects like warehouses not recommended for tight spaces.. Ps. Love the Max Quat just went through a thousand gallons
Using one of these foggers with MAX-QUAT at the recommended dilution, is it recommended that there be no people present when fogging, and should the person doing the spraying wear any kind of mask or other protection?
Yes, always wear all needed PPE. We do recommend to have customers out of the building when performing this service. The scent is not strong but if they don't have PPE on, it may irritate their senses
can i use the colorx with fooger for disinfection, i have an electric american fooger not thermal fooger, what about the colorx when we will use fooger
Clorox is has bleach in it. Which is highly corrosive. I would not use it in a fogger. I would only use it in a pump up sprayer that is rated for handling corrosives.
My company just purchased some of this. What’s the mix ratio on a Fogger and how long before people can reenter a room after cold Fogging? My company will be mainly using this in Churches fitness facilities and schools etc. Thanks.
@@Powerwash thank you for your reply. I was hoping there was a safe product to disinfect those often touched items safely as I sprayed a room. I guess it does not exist.
You will need to decide what is best for you and your family. As a point of reference it is used as final dip to protect dishes, eating utensils and in food manufacturing without requiring a rinse before use.
I don't know about all that, but the cleaning woman that cleans our office was spraying some kind of aerosol around made my eyes burn, and made me cough.I asked her what she sprayed and she said Air de Fresh. Whatever the hell that is. She don't speakee da english too good anyway.

Yes, because it has a neutral pH when it is in its ready-to-use state, it is safe to use on hard and soft surfaces
In a gym setting how soon can clients use equipment after it’s been sprayed?
I heard three hours minimum after the fogging is performed. May also depend on the disinfectant used.

@Teresa Reed Thank you so much. I will
Can i mix disinfectant solution and essential oils for a fogger?
We do not see that as an issue as long as it is a cold fogger and does not produce heat
Can this be used with a regular fog machine/mister like the ones used for theatrics?
No, because they most likely create heat
@@Powerwash oh, alright thanks

Is this product bleach free or an eco-friendly alternative?
Yes it is bleach free. I would not call anything that can kill the virus eco-friendly.

Should be good. Remember to rinse thoroughly after very use for longer life.
