What is the chlorine dioxide PPM concentration of this product?
Can this be brought in the UK?
If I'm using a fogger and I'm in a 10 x 10 room how long should I run the fogger to kill mold? If I spray it on I can see that it's wet I don't know how long you have to fog to make sure everything is saturated
how long does it typically take to dry after waiting the 10 minutes? Our church is thinking about using this to spray the cloth pews down after each service.
Vital Oxide typically takes about 10-20 minutes to dry completely, with no rinsing or wiping required. Thanks for watching! Apologies if this is somewhat of a silly question, but when one says if you're using it to (sanitize)that means you're wiping the surface ? (?)
if you're disinfecting that means you're misting or fogging with some type of device?
You can use a fogger for either sanitizing or disinfecting. The decision to sanitize or to disinfect something can be dependent on what the surface you are cleaning is. If you are wanting to sanitize a surface with Vital oxide a 9:1 mix ratio would be used. If your goal is to disinfect, then it would be a 5:1 mix ratio. For more information regarding the products mentioned, be sure to check out our website greggdistributors.ca/cleaning/Cleaning-Chemicals/Disinfectants-and-Sanitizers/vit9128c
I have the Victory Electrostatic Sprayer, which ratio is best? Do I dilute it in a separate container or can I dilute it in the bottle that comes with the sprayer? Can I just fill the bottle with just Vital Oxide? I don't want to waste any solution. I'll be using the sprayer in different work areas as well as my patrol unit.
The mix ratio is really not specific to the type of machine, it is more so for your desired usage. As specified, the product is ready to use without dilution, however, if your goal is to sanitize, it would be a 9:1 if your goal is to disinfect, it would be a 5:1 ratio. How you dilute the product personal preference, it would likely be easier to pre-mix with measuring containers to get the mix ratios correct. As a side note for your safety, if you are not already aware, there is a Health Canada recall on the Victory sprayers, here is more info:

How would this compare to Hypochlorous Acid?
I understand you're promoting VitalOxide.
Just wanting to hear an educated opinion, rather its bias or not. :)
can you use this on fabric? is it to be sprayed directly from a spray bottle?
Yes, you can use it on fabric. I can be applied with a spray bottle, mister, or fogger.
How long will the disinfectant last or protect on the surface after the product dries in 10 mins?
I've been professionally cleaning and using this product for quite sometime now and I can personally say according to the epa it can last up to 7 days. However take note you most likely will never get that result. You will most likely have to disinfect daily. It also all depends on how much traffic the surfaces you disinfect get frequented. It is also highly recommended for first time use disinfecting the area to use the full strength and then use the dilution method of 9:1, as vital oxide is still effective. If you are highly serious about maximizing your disinfectants success you might also want to invest in a electrostatic sprayer like the handheld victory model. This will not only make disinfecting the area quick but allow the chemical to adhere to the entire surface area. Hope this helps answer your question.
If I am going to disinfect a regular common area such as an office can I dilute and it still be effective or do I need to use straight forward.
The recommended dilution ratio for a specific application is located on the product. For a space such as a office it is recommended to use 5 parts water to 1 part of vital oxide (5:1 ratio). Be sure to always reference the manufactures labels before using this product in any location.
We also recommend that in order to maximize usage it is best to pair with a sprayer or mister such as this NPD sprayer greggdistributors.ca/Maintenance-Repairs-and-Operations/Sprayers-and-Spreaders/Backpack-and-Pump-Sprayers/npdpro128vcc?resp_group=Default,Variations,ItemProperties.

Is vital oxide safe to spray on key boards and monitors with an electrostatic sprayer
Yes, it should be safe for that application.
Dilute 1:9(Vital Oxide:Water) to use fogger in. school with 1 gallon VitalOxide can cover 80,000 square feet, am I correct?
The 9:1 dilution is correct if your goal is daily sanitization. However, coverage is 1,000 square feet if sprayed and 8,000 square feet if applied by an electrostatic sprayer or fogging device. Thanks for watching!
Can keyboards and complied papers on desktops be treated with Vital Oxide?
Can Vital Oxide be used in an ionizing flogger or mister ?
We would not recommend applying the product directly to paper as the dispensed product does land on the surfaces fairly wet. Yes, the product can be applied with a fogger or a mister. Consider these two parts if you are looking for a misting option:

Hello
can this eliminate thiol or mercaptan odors. i have a uvc device which emits this kind of odors during and after disinfection process. i just want to know if this can eliminate the toxic odor immediately. thanks
Vital Oxide is a super effective and heavy-duty odour eliminator. As it kills mold, mildew, bacteria, and viruses, it will also eliminate odor in homes, offices, facilities, and many other environments at the same time. This disinfectant would be the best option in your case. Do you have distribution or shipment to USA?
No, unfortunately we do not, only Canada.
Would it be dangerous if i walked into the mist created by the fogger without any PPE
Although proper PPE is always recommended when disinfecting, it wouldn't be too dangerous if you happened to walk through the fogger mist with no PPE, since Vital Oxide is non-toxic and does not cause any respiratory or skin irritation. However, always be careful and take the necessary precautions to stay safe. Thank you for watching! greggdistributors.ca/search?q=vital+solutions&resp_group=Default%2CVariations%2CItemProperties
Some HVAC duct cleaning companies use this product to spray into the ducting. If I want to do this myself, what concentration should I use and what is the best way to spray into your ducts?
The product is ready to use without dilution, however, if your goal is to sanitize, it would be a 9:1 - if your goal is to disinfect, it would be a 5:1 ratio. You'll want to use a sprayer/fogger to apply the Vital Oxide into your ducts.
@@GreggDistributorsLPHow can we ensure that it goes deep into the ducts? Most foggers aren't reaching very far.
I work in the hospital and want to disinfect my car, my seats are vinyl/leather. Do I need to dilute it, or does it loose efficiency for disinfecting after dilution?

After disinfecting a space and letting chemical air dry for 10 minutes is it safe to go back into the space like usual or should I wait an hour or so? Thanks in advance!!!!
That's the beauty of Vital Oxide, it requires virtually zero PPE and is very safe. Where other disinfectants require, full body suits, respiratory protection and goggles, Vital Oxide does not. It is safe enough for you to pour directly on your bare hands, while remaining incredibly effective at killing bacteria and viruses, including COVID19. So, after applying Vital Oxide it is safe to stay in the space without waiting for the product to dry. You can check the product out here:

@@GreggDistributorsLP thanks a lot for this info!!!
Can I use this product on inflatable bounce houses?
You sure can! Thanks for watching.
Can you spray this through a paint sprayer?
Theoretically it should work, however it's probably not the best type of sprayer for this product.
Can it be used in a fogger?
Yes, Vital Oxide can also be applied by fogging or misting to disinfect hard, non-porous surfaces as an adjunct to regular manual cleaning and disinfecting procedures. Thank you for watching!
Can this be used on electronics?
Vital Oxide is safe to use on your electronics, however ensure that it does not enter the mic/speaker or entry points, like your charging port, so that they stay dry and in working order.
Can Vital Oxide be safely used as a hand sanitizer?
Although Vital Oxide is primarily used as a disinfectant cleaner, it is so mild that you can actually wash your hands in it and is safe on all your food surfaces with no rinse required. Thanks for watching! More info here > greggdistributors.ca/cleaning/Cleaning-Chemicals/Disinfectants-and-Sanitizers?resp_group=Default,Variations,ItemProperties&terms=Brand:Karcher,Vital+Solutions
Does this clean car carpet padding from mold smell ?
Yes, if it is used as directed, it should work well in this application.
@@GreggDistributorsLP I mean without pulling up the car carpet and just applying it to the surface of the carpet ?
Does it have a scent?
The product does not have any fragrance added and is virtually odorless.
The stuff I have does. It's not as safe as mentioned. Many people I know have chest congestion after using an electrostatic gun, including myself. It also leaves a residue.
Do i need to be certified to be able to start fogging?
I mean if i add it to my business, do i need to be certified?
If you're offering this as a service that your business provides, we would recommend double checking with the city bylaws in which you reside in. If you're solely fogging/disinfecting your own work space then you would not need to be certified to do so. Thanks for watching!
What does it cost to have this done as a service?
Unfortunately we do not provide the service itself, we just sell the products. You would have to check with cleaning companies in your local area. Thanks for watching!
Is the backpack electrostatic?
No, the NPD sprayers are battery powered with a specialized tip for applying the Vital Oxide at a controlled flow as a mist. The benefit of these sprayers over electrostatic is the lower price and the added mobility of the sprayers.
