Do the anchovies give the pasta a fishy taste.I have recently seen some pasta recipes with anchovies and want to try them in my pasta,this looks like it would be a good dish to try it out on. Thanks chef.
The anchovies (2 small fillets) add a savoriness, a bit of saltiness, and brininess to the dish, not overpowering at all. My wife detests anchovies and couldn't even taste them after I told her that I added them to this afterward LOL! Thanks for watching!
