  • Conflict Management is one other human resource management knowledge area.
    When there are two or more individuals involved in an enterprise, conflicts are likely to happen.
    Important factors generating conflicts in a project management environment include
    When -- schedule time
    What - priorities
    Who -- who will work on specific module or who is more proficient
    How - generates low-intensity conflict- how to proceed

    Nice presentation👍. I do have a question. If two team members had a conflict in between and the PM separates them into two teams to work. Which conflict resolution technique has he applied?

    I have a query.
    There is schedule slippage in a project, team leads are arguing with each other and excusing each other for the slippage in a team meeting. Project Manger enter the rooms and started the discussion to find the root cause for the slippage.
    In above case which conflict management Techniques is used?

    When you want to resolve the conflict immediately then what conflict technique will you use -Compromise/ Problem solving/ Forcing/ Smoothing

      Other than Smoothening all will work. Forcing is the Super fast but decrease the engagement
