Godku should have had 100 percent a comeback mechanic into ssj for rush protection against sv it was all lined up for them, they could have easily put the destroy my world line in it as well instead of his main just an overall fumble from the devs and disrespect to the BOG saga

Beast is not top 10. revhan and pan are better on hybrids, son family has better options and movies is trash. His kit isn’t even that great to justify running him on leader teams and he needs zenkai buffers and some support.

@@Ethan-San_xI have at him at 9 stars, used him for a couple of weeks on movies and he did absolutely nothing. sometimes he did somewhat impressive damage with the drop combo blue card, but that’s about it.
Hot take: I actually got Hype when I seen Ultimate Gohan, but his animations killed it.

I would say Gogeta being higher than SV is sorta-agreeable because of Ultimate Gohan lol but SV just brings too much to the table and Gogeta does have some flaws in his kit. Like Goresh said, you sacrifice card draw speed for cover null or cover null for card draw speed and I think that really hurts him.

Ok, here's my hot take:
When people asked for something to come to Legends in the past (Ultra SS2 Gohan, Buu Saga Ultimate Gohan, God Goku), they wouldn't really care what that unit did, or if it was broken, they just want it to be in the game. However, we got those units, and people have the AUDACITY to complain. Like, you asked for this, don't back down on your word! Also, fans just can't be satisfied with anything (God Goku being a great example as you mentioned yourself.)
Heres my hot take. Movies was bait this anni. This lies in not the main lfs but the 1% beerus is a blast attacker(who gets replaced by kidbuu on po) while godku and gogeta are strike. Broly is a strike movies GREEN unit, i wonder who else is a strike green movies unit who dropped recently. Shin and buu are both excellent attackers who do more than attack. Shin destroys 2 cards on cover and gives minus card draw. Buu disrupt is even more insane. They cover colors that the lfs do not share. They give damage support, both of them. If you summoned on movies you lost.
I want godku and I don’t have him yet, I originally went for Gohan since he’s better, but when I realized I am not getting him I went for godku. I know godku is worse, but his animations are actually really clean and I kind of just want a unit I can just have fun seeing instead of an extremely meta relevant one. I miss when I used to play the game for just the cool animations, those were the days.

Hot take:The "big beam" lfs are getting stale. We've gotten 5 in a row (Lf Baby, Vegito, Gogeta, God Goku, and Ulthan). The big beam kinda loses its luster after doing it so many times back to back and its kinda repetitive.
Hot take: fusing GB is not even top 5 rn and is the worst anniversary LF so far. He is a worse option than UUI in most of his best teams and his kit design is just straight up bad.
This is not a hot take this is an ass take gb controls the meta right now his kit is amazing pre fusions tag forcing card draw forcing tag switches for cover null fuses becomes one of the tankiest units in the game, his value is also skyrocketed due to hybrids idk if he shafted you or ur jus coping godku is by far the worst anni LF rn

My first summon Hot Take was Yellow card fusion Gogeta after not playing the game for a full year I missed a whole anniversary then got goku n frieza on the next summon then I got the blue vegito potara card after 5 summons right after 😂no money spent only grinding challenges

Ngl gogeta in my opinion is better than godku. Ik he said why he’s worse than godku already but his kit is better I’d say, he has 2 ults ( it’s been a while since I’ve seen one but I think it cancels unfavorable element factors on ult), he can tank pretty well, and he fits on a gt team very well with the new units. I love godkus animations and just the form from the movie in general( I don’t even have either of these guys, I’m just speaking from experience here) but godku is just less annoying to deal with. But Ngl I love both of their animations, but godku takes the cake for me with that wide shot in the LF and the design overall( I mean the texture on the models and the aura, I also like how they make the hair feel more solid with the newer units)

Hmmm feetku isn’t really underrated, super vegeta is underrated for a reason, ultra kid buu is a victim nowadays, and yellow trunks and vegeta are not underrated they just aren’t used due to the meta
I can get behind super vegeta not being used cause of his ass defense, but kid buu is actually solid, with good damage and combos, and vegeta and trunks I think are underrated cause of their Vanish restore, and trunks ability to crank out blast cards, and high blue card damage

I disagree with this take for the simple fact that there are more gt units in the meta than uni reps. The only T.O.P character in the meta is ultra UI. Now ultra UI is definitely top tier but you really never see him being run on a uni reps set-up.
S17, baby, and bombku are still meta.
The only other uni rep character that can argued for meta is Jiren and even then he about 99% of the time is being run on powerful opponent

ui goku is worse than gogeta stop it ultra ui is in no way as oppressive as he once was with his lock in and he cannot kill ulthan and is also incredibly squishy and usually run without a hp bench on his best setup, gogeta runs through comp rn and if u can argue him over SV then there’s no way u can say UUI is above SV aswell

you are allowing Rathan to not have an definitive advantage if ur running beast. Beast will die in 3 cards to vegito. ur allowing that type neutral rush because beast is dying in 3 strikes from vegito. It’s not like he lowers sub count when he gets hit, it’s very easy to see when his defensive gauge is almost full, we all know how he drops sub count fully then. always been easy to get around.
gohan/piccolo gives 40% support and every body on beast gohans teams do more damage than him now.
