Ocasionally would hop out of survivor que to play some cell (and usually get my ass handed to me on a golden platter), but after the cell buffs I'm consistently queing raider lmao. CELL MAINS RISE UP!!!!!!!!

Love that their solution to buffing Cell is to give him infinite nukes.
This is awesome for Semiperfect Cell, but likely a good balance nerf is to make the AOE do significantly less damage when the enemy is DC’d so u still have incentive to direct hit, kinda like with TF2 Soldier

Yeah base form dodges not having the i frames made no sense, hopefully they revert that one soon. Hardly worked after one successful dodge anyways.
Fr you had to time that real good if you wanted to survive/stall, so idk why they nerfed it. It's not like every survivor was pulling that in their base forms, most people would just die, lol.
The balances are pretty much perfect besides the dodging nerf and I frames either they need to give us both back or revert the dodging effect and range
They kinda need to keep the nerf to dc dodging but tune it down to a couple of dodges before it turns into sidesteps, laggy survivors especially when they have lvl 4 were able to super carry when they're paired up with uc

@l33tspaniard out of 50ish survivor games this season I clipped 6 matches were the raider rage quits during solo queue, raider can still lose if they don't tryhard but at least can win now 😉
it felt like that right after update but now its like people have adjusted and raider can still get stomped which ive experienced as both survivor destroying baby or as raider getting Gbanged by survivors. however its definitely better than before for raider but far from an easy guaranteed win, still need to sweat in many cases. Unless your lucky and up against a bunch of low lvl solo ques then yeah you will have it made but in my experience its mostly all high lvl sweaty premades or godly solo players keyrushing and sweating like crazy.
Baby Vegeta without servants isn't that strong for level 2 strat
japan has whales and people use whatever it takes to win. 80-90% games i watch from japan are survivor wins. mostly due to the fact they all run meta stuff (special beam/orange piccolo/30% dragon change on shield breaking).

I am just thinking the area destruction supply strat would BE GOATED with level 3 Cell. Cell will just go to a different area. FLY HIGH UP. and SNIPE SNIPE the STM and THE AOE's until the supplies come down and you can Area Destruct it. god this will be a GOATED strategy

The reason they nerfed dodging is because the raiders still punching Air while wide open for attack. Instead of making raiders cancel out of it they just nerfed survivors dodge. 🤷♂️🤷♂️. Kinda justified if they can't fix that one issue. I showed them many issues with it so I guess this the best they can do

Hot take: I think level 3 cell was kind of underrated. His ki blast can knock people off guard. His spam super if use under or far enough from a survivor melts them than if use far away you can combo your ki blast and do even more damage on them. I well say his snipe super is probably the weakest thing about him but everything else about is pretty good actually.

Nah, as someone that prefers raiders, this is pretty much the state of the game rn. Fighting in Solo Q is very much a no-go most of the times, so you can't defend STM unless everyone is running stuff meant to stall. Even then, you might just not make it anyway cause you dchange gets melted so much easier now...
Baby is the worst offender imo. The fact he can potentially get three downs in the first minutes of the match is just insane and he evolves way too fast to be countered. The auto-evo to Baby Vegeta was also a very stupid choice imo.
That's on top of lv4 being very easy to get. There's a reason Vegeta has the artifical moon active to work on, yet it seems the devs forgot why they made it difficult for normal Vegeta to get it.
If it was a little harder to get, the healing you get on top of it could be alright (still might need tweaking but idk).
I like his concept but he definitely feels like the most handhold-y raider yet.

I was playing as goku black the other day and im certain I went against a premade because as soon I went into a cave everyone and their mom showed up to jump me, even though I made out it was pretty much over at that point, i think its crazy that I went against such sweaty people without ranked too
Never go into caves always standing in the front of the cave and spam your supers
Yeah don’t do that. If you’re Black go right in front of it and use your giant ki ball super and it has huge damage splash range to get most survivors in caves
Raider rule #1: Never, ever, enter any caves with a survivor for ANY reason. Unless they're dead. (and even then expect hell)

They increased the speed of the kamehameha last season then reduced it in this one and added the aoe. So basically Cell won.
Raiders still aren't OP if you coordinate your attack my solo queue's beat Baby no problem at level 2 and 3.
I know this video isn’t about baby but if you get caught by one of the infected civilians you can use afterimage to get out of the animation earlier
Haven't tried recent cell but did try frieza hoping he wouldn't still be bad after getting buffed but nah still ended up basically being a survivor desperately trying to survive but getting killed before stm and failing to even get lvl 3. Honestly survivors are still op as long as they working together. Frieza should heal after lvling up.
edit: to be fair one of them was lvl 4 orange piccolo and my frieza is still low lvl so maybe I could have won if my passives were +20 but still that shouldn't be necessary. I also only tried that 1 match before retreating back to gblack for wins.

What does premades mean?
7 people playing in a team, usually using voice chat and meta skills. Their play style is run around together for quick finds, hide in every blindspot, gank the raider, run, repeat.

I dont want them to bring back vanish spam. Now survivors have to get more creative with how they waste their time. Like flying around a mountain and using the terrain to shield you from ki blasts

@@ironcane if your skills are on cooldown after you use em to get away then you deserve to be caught if you have no other back up plan.
Plus using skills with minimal cooldown could help.
We could also be seeing faster flying tanky transphere builds for longer transformation while you wait for your cooldowns to come back.
