jungkook is so talented omg and btw jungkook is a sub-rapper and rapped a LOT in they’re earlier days. now not as much but he’s still raps from time to time and is still crazy good at it !
I keep seeing people say they wish JK was doing more Korean, but it's important for people to understand that this is HIS career and he has to make choices to help him reach his goals which is to be accepted and do well in the Western music market. To do that, he has to get established in English, then, who knows we might get some Korean some day. I hope so, but I will accept and respect whatever he decides, just as I do for the other six. :) It's really a very big undertaking to not be a fluent English speaker and to do an entire album in English and make it sound as though you are fluent. It's so impressive to me and very few people give him credit for that dedication. Jung Kook has written and/or been involved in writing some of my favorite BTS songs like *"Still With You", "Magic Shop", "My You", "My Time" * and more. *"Euphoria"* is one of his most popular solo songs with BTS. I can't remember who wrote it. He was one of the writers in *"Dreamers"* the FIFA World Cup song which he performed live at the opening ceremony. If you react to Dreamers, please react to the mv. It is so beautiful and the other man who sings with him is Arab and I don't know what the vocal technique he uses is called but it is absolutely gorgeous. The whole song is just a really good song. He also did a hit collab last year with Charlie Puth, *"Right and Left"* . There are some songs you have probably hear him on, but had no idea who it was: *"Savage Love"* (He is the first singer - the one that went to number 1 on Billboard with BTS and Jason Derulo), *"Bad Decisions"* with Snoop Dog (he is the first singer), *"My Universe"* with Coldplay (he sings 2nd, right after Chris Martin). This comment is four weeks late, so you probably won't see it, but I would love for you to react to some of the above songs to get a different side of JK. He is multi-talented and multi-dimensional as a person. He is the youngest and really trying to shake that baby image that so many want to keep him in.
JK can rap, dance and sing plus a lot of outside talents you don’t know about. He is called the Golden Maknae( youngest) in BTS. You can react to “Jungkook The Golden Maknae” so you can see how he is good at everything🥰. But he is the member from BTS expected to be a worldwide superstar like Harry Styles from New Directions
its funny how you start reacting to bts and we tell you bts arent like typical western boybands and then jungkook decides to drop this idk i find that so funny but really even tho this song is very nostalgic bts still doesnt work like a western boyband this doesnt change anything we said except that jungkook wants to be seen more as a grown man than just the youngest of bts. he still made all the decisions for this song like chose the song, chose the featured artist, decided to make no changes to the song, make a chorography, show more skin in his music video etc if he didnt wanna do something then it didnt get done so everything here is jungkook approved. he loves artists like justin bieber, justin timberlake and charlie puth so this doesnt really surprise us as hes always singing their songs in karaoke or song covers. since bts are in their solo eras right now everything is unpredictable for us but everything we said about bts, who they are etc makes sense and applies to the first 10 years of their careers. now when they come back from military we will see what changes they make, if anything from the solo eras are applied to the group etc just always remember theyre in control of everything !! i suggest reacting to boracitys new video on bts solo promotions :)
JK vocals are amazing, JH rap verses are not needed as JK could of rapped them himself as he is more talented then JH and he would of wrote it and worded a bit more respectfully then what was put out, but that is why we have the Alternative Version and now Cameron K Phillip’s Version to listen to plus other ARMY edits of the song. But still very curious to see what songs are going to be on his first solo album “Golden” hopefully it is a solo project as JK can carry a whole album by himself.
Thing is, he is trying to do all English right now to get his foot in the door of Western music and he doesn't have the command of English to write a rap in all English. He could do it, because I believe he honestly can do anything he puts his mind to, but it would be a real undertaking. Plus he is making smart career choices, but collaborating with Latto, Jack Harlow, Kid Laroi and Central Cee, there are four fan bases that probably had never heard of him who now know who he is. BTW, The first track is a solo song. And I'm not sure if there are any more singer/rap features on his album or not. I think two songs show a featured artist, but my understanding is that they are both DJs, so I don't really know what to expect from that (don't hold me to that, I could be remembering wrong). Either way, I can't wait for "Golden" to drop and for my albums to arrive.

I have literally ascended when I heard Jungkook on this. Granted, I wasn't sure about the rap verses at first, but they grew on me.
