The layout is confusing, why is the kitchen separate from the dining/living room, would have to walk my food outside to renter the house to eat. Also the exterior bathroom for the two bedrooms, just oddly placed. Overall look is nice but would need to put up and take down some walls to truly make it functional
IKR... When you take a shower the whole neighbourhood will see you in your towel. and when you eat, you have to run to the kitchen in the other end of the house and take it back to the dining room. lol

The outside bath makes no sense who is that bathroom for... It should be flipped towards the bedrooms. Also a lot of wasted space.
