Love this type of video!! It gives people ideas on how they can improve there setups, and it's great for beginners to learn how they need to setup there enclosures!! You'll definitely have to do this again!
That part of my cage is a seam, it isn't falling apart haha. I had to use extra support beams for stacking due to the weight of everything. But thank you so much for the compliments!!! Love this video
Lori - you, do not, have to zonk her - that is the best cage I have ever seen ! I am considering my first retic, and this video inspires me to plan even farther ahead than I have been. KUDOS!
Lori's cage is awesome! Reminds me a lot of a mini version of Blake Stewarts' exercise room for his retics. So many options for TC, places to be, things to climb, textures to feel... water, substrate, smooth surfaces, rough surfaces, heat, humidity, height, etc... really knocked it out of the park!
Loris enclosures are what I want to do I absolutely love the way she gives the snakes an opportunity to engage in natural behaviors without being bioactive and all that.
Loved your RUclipsry, especially because you actually know what you are talking about. Definitely do it again! And Victoria and Lori are definitely #goals.
Awesome video, I really like the critics of the enclosures. It wasn't just a fluff video. I got a few ideas of things I will be incorporating into this summer's builds.
the hook system for the bars on that last one is easy to change and clean but also give movement and wiggle if its not balanced perfectly, so thats great. a small length of chain could also give an incline to them sometimes
Great to see such happy living environments. I only worry about the cleaning part. I know too clean can be too much. But the pee and poop storms are relentless with retics. I like to try to stay ‘inside parameters to failure’ by staying clean. Keeps some potential problems away. Substitute and anything porous can retain grossness. I’m literally a janitor it feels like.
Awesome video. Always good to get ideas from others. The question I always think of though is this. With bioactive enclosures or very busy enclosures like Lori Torrini has, how do you handle an outbreak of snake mites? We all know it's bound to happen at some point. Please address this.
I love this. I've been looking for different ideas for my custom build and this helped a lot. Hopefully I can figure it out and actually pull the trigger on ordering from you fairly soon.
These are so fun! I'm building a 4x2x2 melamine enclosure for my young Colombian Boa and this gives me great ideas. Here's a note - doors are expensive, but glass ends up being actually cheaper it seems. 1/4 inch acryllic is doable tho and snakes can't bend that when on tracks (from what I understand) but man, I need some PVC and plastic shelves!
Cool video!!! Definitely getting the itch to get an SD more and more. I've had my ball python for 12 years this month and I'd love to get a beautiful SD from you in the near future when I move into a place with more space! Keep it up ROR squad
I like these cages but most of them are for little snakes once these retics an boas hit a year or two or three all that stuff in there either gotta go or they need a way bigger cage to keep that stuff. Can u do a video of adult size cages
Cool video. I'm in the middle of building 2 enclosures for a BP and my Bredli python, this gives me some more ideas. Maybe one day I will need to build one for a superdwarf😉
#11 I love the Lizard longer bridges!! I use those for all of my animals, not just the bridges but many of their peices. I LOOOOOOOVE that you used the whole enclosure!! The only improvement I can imagine is some vines hanging down so the snake has more security. Guys the rocks not only provide anchorage, they provide security and something to rub on to help shed. She did a *Fantastic* job!!
The second one is fine. Mine would not be so bare but it seems most guys like it that way, they don't want to search for the animal, but for me, it's about the animal's comfort and hiding makes them comfortable and enrichment is necessary. This doesn't lack it, it's just not built up like mine are.
#6 It's a great start, I think it needs more! It needs to be able to use up the whole enclosure, give it more enrichment, I know the wall is great, but then what?
#9....Eh! I think they guys are generous! I have 6 snakes and four lizards and their enclosures are VERY done up. These aren't dreadful but they are bare minimum in my book. Better than A LOT I have seen though!

100% agree with you
This video is why my boy has a 4x3x4 now with all the things lol
I really enjoy seeing enclosures, I get so many ideas.

What an incredible set up, thanks for sharing!

Thank you Natalia but Janeway has a pretty elaborate enclosure interior going on! I mean seriously, how much have you spent on Etsy?
@@LoriTorrini hahaha 🤫🤫🤣🤣
This is by far the best enclosure judging video I have seen done yet on RUclips!
For keeping multiple snakes I definitely like Stacy's 👍
I love these videos!!! Garrett and Thomas this is sooooo helpful to all of us newcomers to the reptile world!!

Fun episode. Nice to hear from a very experienced keeper what he likes and dislikes.

Great video, gave me loads of ideas for my burms future enclosure.

This is awesome and also very informative 👍👍👍
More, please!
This foray into RUclipsry (now I want potatoes!) was fun. Can't wait to see the next one.

This is a 9.5 at least!!
Fun video
Thank You!
The third one I like! Her design is great! I would put much larger water dishes.
#5 The background is cool.
#10 REALLY REALLY good, I would add more at the top. Some foliage or some rope, sticks. I think that is a good looking enclosure.
#7 another great start...
for this reason my corn snake has a higher terrarium than recommended, she can climb and dig out of her hear 🤩🐍

Hey. Can we get that link to that wire hanger lock added to the description?

#8 needs more enrichment and something that utilizes the space, say a rope ladder or branched that are in different angles.
Hi garrett, I have a question (since you're a breeder and i'm not yet) how big is a super dwarf retic clutch btw i follow you on instagram!
#9....Eh! I think they guys are generous! I have 6 snakes and four lizards and their enclosures are VERY done up. These aren't dreadful but they are bare minimum in my book. Better than A LOT I have seen though!
It's a basement staircase and maybe he lives alone you might not be a lot of foot traffic on the staircase is my guess
The German word "Wut" translates "anger/fury" in English. But I assume this was not your intention. 😉
Hahaha it certainly makes for an interesting interpretation of the thumbnail...
HORRIBLE BURN RISK. CHE's get way too hot to have inside the enclosure, even in a wire cage.
That first one sucked IMO! It needs to have more clutter, more plants (fake is fine), more hides, more enrichment!
He needs to keep the water full!
#4 too sterile! The animals need enrichment and something to hide behind. I think it's only functional but not a happy animal place!
