Wow. I truly admire Neil's opening description on "smart" vs knowledgeable. The more time you spend pursuing and investing in what interests you personally, the more knowledgeable you are bound to become about it. So plain, simple and down to earth. And yes, Scientists are really just big kids who never outgrew their curiosity. What makes Neil such a standout amongst others, is the way he articulates and crafts his answers and explanations. Truly gifted!
I've always said as an engineer I'm not smart I just worked to get where I am because I love what I do. I've met genuinely intelligent people and being called smart gives you imposter syndrome

I liked it. Amber Rose is made for this. I can only imagine that she will get better as she gains more experience, but I like that she didn’t interrupt her guest. This was very informative.
I love the mushroom conversation, mushrooms are super fascinating, vegans losing it over eating themselves. Screw astrology, she should have asked why women's periods always sink up with the moon, and now I know I'm not the only lady that notices this, we need to be asking the important questions.
As a someone who grew up idolizing Neil DeGrass Tyson, for almost 20 years now (damn im getting old lol), this is the most random interview/collab i ever seen him do. And hes always open to a conversation with anyone so thats saying something lol. Not hating, i love it. I think we need more collabs like this. It is just so random to me.
