Cool guitar! Something this old deserves to exist. Glad you cared for it.

A think the best part of the guitar is the cool multiply binding, the solid lining (kerfing), metal brand plate ,and that Georgie Girl apparently likes playing it due to the fact of the cat hair on the guitar strings. The pick guard is cool but might be a bit too small for some players and that a pick guard is usually designed to be part that gets scrapped up and worn out and meant to be replaceable. Inlaying the pick guard might weaken the strength of the sound board top. Oh well, La la-la la la-la la, La la-la la-la la, something in Italian, la-la la. La la la la...

the Maltese ghana in the video is virtually identical to southern italian popular music... I would dare say the melody is mostly lifted from the neapolitan song 'Comme facette mammeta'. Obviously, in a diffent language

The cleat you put in for the sound board looked to be pretty large in size. The cleats I have seen other luthiers install are pretty thin and small and tapered and diamond shaped and they install several of them along the crack so as not to take away sound transmission from the sound board. I've seen luthiers plug the tuner holes with a wooden dowel and re-drill for a tight fit. To me, it's a fine looking Italian la la la-la la-la folk guitar worthy of time and effort. Perhaps it would take too much time and effort for you using the value criteria of the guitar. In any event, it's fun watching you do your guitar repairs with Georgie Girl.
