    If I'm extra hungry from not eating in the morning I'm gonna eat a 4,727 calorie lunch like fatty.

    I don’t eat break fast. I have a small lunch. I doing fine with my health.I have only 2x meals and 2x snacks. Nuts and berries.I am slim and full of energy.👍❤
