    It worked superbly. Thanks for sharing the tip. Also I added 2-3 drops of lemon juice. The vessel shined like it had never burnt before

    Just a note- U should not pour the hot water directly to the sink or basin as it can damage the pipe. U should always open ur tap a little while pouring the hot water.

    Wow I had the similar kind of burnt pot. I 1st did the vinegar and bicarb rested in boiling water. Didn't work. I put salt and boiling water and left it overnight. Scraped out clean this morning. South Africa

      @jhoanna yeah I used the screw driver and steel wool to scrub and scrub and scrub and scrub. Thank God it was successful after 3-4 days of scrubbing😃

    Apparently, OXY Clean powder works so well there's hardly no scrubbing, unfortunately I only have Sunlight liquid detergent, here goes nothing.🤞😎

    Try water and fabric softner sheet. Leave it for an hour or two. It works!

      How long do you have to scrub it afterwards because doesn't that cause your food cooking afterwards to taste like dryer sheets

    I used dish soap, hot water from the tap and a couple of tablespoons of baking soda. I brought the pan to a boil. Turned off the heat and let it sit for 30 min. The burnt cranberry sauce literally slid off the bottom. I was then able to use a scrub pad and abrasive paste to clean the remaining bits.

    perhaps if baking soda was added to the vinegar, it may have worked

      just to let you know! :)
      baking soda + vinegar = chemical reaction. it bubbles for 30 seconds. you know what you get?
      = WATER 💦 H2O. :)

    We can't leave work until all pans are clean, no matter how bad they are burnt.
    Sometimes your tip will work but when all else fails, grab your tablespoon and start scraping. It's hard but, it works.

    I burned something in a pot once . I sprinkled cameo cleaner in it left it over night with lid on. The next morning it had lifted up off the pot. The bottom looked like it was never burned at all. Like magic. I can't find it anywhere. But it worked several times for me. 🌟

      open doors, create negative air (air sucking out)...this could involve opening windows at opposite ends until you get air flow right.

    Vinegar helped me, you know why it didn't help you? Because you add water.
    If anything I want to remove as much water as possible and use pure but just adequate amount of Vinegar

      @@NostalgiaJ Everything can eat your pan. This is why you buy new ones. I have some stainless steel pans and pots that last forever. Occasional vinegar or tomato soup has no noticeable effect on them.

    All you had to do was let it boil with nothing other than water for 3 minutes. Turn off the flame and Cover with a lid for ten minutes and it'll lift right off.

    use baking soda if you have no powdered detergent. you cant use liquid it just doesnt foams up and soften the thick black burns crumbs

    I using sandpaper 🔪 box cuter blade, it's not so easy. My pan looks terrible after someones attempt to make sweet 🍿😁 Now I know what it does to an engine

    Washing powder 3 spoon aor khane wala soda 1 full spoon milkar 20 minut high flame par boil kare aor fir uska dhakkan band karke aadha ghante ke liye rakh de uske baad bahut hi easy clean ho jayega...........atlesat..once try karke dekhe

    That thick a burn on pot, you should soak it much much longer to loosen the deposit.

    300ml of boiling water and add 2 tablespoons of citric acid. leave for 30 mins.

    thank you so, so, so, so much. i burnt pasta pieces literally into the pot. that’s what it felt like. it was about half an inch worth. / vinegar :P baking soda. :P it was stuck on my pot like lava had been poured in it. now i’m going to try your way, which sure looks like it works :) thanks so much. it’s a darn good pot!!! ☄️🔥🌋 🌊🚿🛁 😋
