I have iPhone 12 Pro Max and my wife has A52. I can tell you A52 is an amazing phone for its camera and display but not happy with its speed, feels sluggish but good for its price. I think A72 is a better deal.

I have the Samsung A52 and it's amazing! You can shoot with wide-angle (go-pro style) lens and you also have a stabilizer steady function. You can shoot amazing steady shots with this phone, I use it for vlogging every day! 😃
Not to sound like a hater but i think your a52’s hdr is broken/needs cache cleaned after an update (samsung devices needs cache cleaning after an update). My daily driver is an iphone 11 and thats basically 12 tbh. I’ve used my mom’s a52 and it has the most agressive hdr for stills i’ve ever seen. Crushed blacks were never a thing, actually needed some for realism. Just wanted to point that other than that great effort on the videos :D
Also people are asking if 5g version is better than 4g version of a52,5g version only has 120hz display and snapdragon 750g chipset so I think to buy 5g version or not it depends on 5g network coverage in your area/country also if you're a big fan of displays 120hz is going to be smoother than 90hz but 90hz is more power efficient as compared to 120hz display also both have the same battery so it'd be better they gave 5000mah in 5g version ! also there's slight performance difference when it comes to 720g vs 750g I think 4g is a whole package it's more stable because it has 90hz display to pair up with 4500mah battery I like these figures more ! Because 120hz with same 4500mah battery doesn't make much sense to me. So 5g version is ok but things I feel that lack are : 5000mah battery or more Design changes Could've added glass to the back More screen area less bezels Also this all could've cost more but they should've adjusted the price because it's pointless to buy a 5g phone with 750g chipset only so a52 5g isn't that much of a big deal in it's price 4g version is perfect !

That's Apples color science in which works fine most the time but sometimes it over the top. Filmic Pro allows you to record in LOG so it shouldn't look saturated at all but rather flat for color grading it yourself and adding your own color input and output. Unfortunately, most do not even know what recording in LOG profile is, let alone iPhone Pro 13's new ProRes video feature.
The only reason I want to upgrade from my A52 is because of the video. I'm left a little disappointed every time I record a video or action shot, but at the end of the day for a phone that I got on sale for $500 CAD, I have very little to complain about. It plays pokemon go, takes a drop like it's nothing, is no stranger to a little (or a lot) of water, and it lasts as long as I need it to. It's durable, cheap, and an all around great phone for the average person.
You did not enable hdr mode on your selfie shot with the A52. Not a good quality comparison. Before you posted this video ypu could have checked first the camera settings of the A52!

Also how OIS can not work on 4K because it uses SAME LENS. And why we need to use EIS for stabilization. Because OIS is hardware thing. I can not understand. Where is f OIS.
The A52 has OIS though, compare it to a phone with no IS or even EIS and it's very apparent you're spreading misinformation stating it doesn't have image stabilization

I'm not an expert in this, but the Samsung is third or fourth the price as the iPhone 12 pro... and it has only camera that's only slightly worse for videos...i mean it's a no brainer.
A52 have stabilization on 1080p 60fps, why didnt try on that resolution video compare?? I never use 4k, because use to much space on phone, and on phone i didnt see any different between 1080p and 4k resolution, because all phone have 1080p display, no point for 4k.. only if you need for some vlog or ..also on you tube i never watch video in more then 720p, no point on monitor or phone, 1080p is max i ever use, but prefer 720p 60fps on you tube..
i compared iphone 12 pro max with the a52. the iphone is much better in performance as it is around 5 times as much in my country. anyway, the front camera on the iphone sucks, specially indoors. it takes very grainy and muddy photos and videos at 60 fps indoors (front cam) are terrible. also the a52 has very similar hdr and sometimes the samsung was better in hdr. and also, I'm brown but the iphone literally makes me dark brown and I'm not even completely brown. like my mom is white and my dad is brown, I'm almost white, but my skin is dark brown on apple

I’m testing it in 4K and clearly labeled it in 4K. So no image stabilization in UHD. And yes, it does have IOS but it works in 1080p @30fps.
