Yes. You can play 3D content from any source like laptop usb drive. If you want to play original blu ray 3D disk only then you need the 3D blu ray player
Can I use the glasses they give at theaters (with polarizers)
No. The ones in theatre are not active dlp glasses. They are cheap passive 3D glasses
You can if you also buy a demodulator converter for dlp link projectors.
Or... with a 3d processor capable of converting framepack 3d from a 3d Blu ray player to 2d side by side 3d images. Then use two projectors with two sets of polarizer.
Or buy a passive 3d projector like the LG CF3D

No only dlp 3d glasses will work
Without glasses images are in two pieces
I have 3D DLP link glasses and 3D capable Benq projector. I stream through an Iptv box (Formuler Z8) and do not know if I can activate 3D with this arrangement. Projector settings are grayed out for 3D and 3D setting from menu says OFF.
3D options should be enabled if the projector supports it. You need to own a 3D supported blu ray player as well. Try inserting a 3D blu ray disk to see if it gets activated
@@krmadhukar thank you I just have the set-top box no Blu-ray player.. but since the 3D options are grayed out maybe I can't use my set-top box to stream 3D
I was also able to play 3D movies from usb drives if the movie file is based on side by side or other 3D formats.
@@krmadhukar interesting. My iptv box uses a usb drive for storage. I could try that. I also see used Blu-Ray players are very cheap. Thank you for your advice.🙂👍

It works fine. It needs to be charged if left unused for a long time.

Yes. It works very well in the white wall. If you have a coloured wall also it hs a setting to adjust to the coloured wall as well.

It’s not compulsory.
I got a tk700sti it says it supports frame sequential is that the same as yours
Mine supports all these modes - Auto/Top Bottom/Frame Sequential/ Frame Packing/Side by Side/Off

Which 3d player you used and what settings you changed ?
It’s a Sony blue ray 3D player and used dlp 3D glasses to view 3D. The projector will automatically switch to 3D settings when you play a blu ray 3D disk
You can connect the projector to laptop through hdmi cable as well. You can play movies 2d from 3D from laptop as well.
how to get 3 d content
You can buy 3D blu ray disks from Amazon or flipkart as shown in my video. Ofcourse there will be downloadable 3D content from the internet if you search for it though it will not match the quality of the original blu rays. I found some 3D content on RUclips as well.
