Refurbished chassis - belly pan was taken off, frame was repaired as needed. Rear end rebuilt (pictures of before and after included in photo album). Frame, was painted with POR15 coating.
New dual torsion axels installed, which included new brakes.
All plumbing inside re-done with PEX, and new ball shutoff valves inline for hot water tank bypass and loop, hot and cold drain lines, new city water connection, winterization vales etc...
Interior panels not removed, so original wiring and insulation. Plumbing was redone (see below). Rear bath framing was rebuilt with new plywood. Bath fiberglass interior (end cap, bath, countertop, sink) was professionally epoxy painted.
New window gaskets, screens. Custom made screen SS door guard on main entry door.
Polished to bright finish.
Original ZipDee front/door awning package. Most hardware pieces (locking and ratchet pins, travel safety latch etc) were all replaced with new.
New stabilizers.

New heavy duty REESE load leveler and friction anti sway kit installed.

30 Amp Service, hardwired cord (new).
Existing, but refurbished 12v and 110v sub panels
New LED puck lighting added. 22 LED puck, color temp adjustable lights, remote control or wall switch operation, added in 4 zones
LED programmable strip accent lighting in main cabin and above all roll top doors throughout.
New INTELI-POWER 45 amp convertor/charger.
12v Battery Cut off switch

Original Dometic refrigerator. Reconditioned and interior epoxy painted. Works on both propane and 120v AC.
Original LP Furnace. Reconditioned, tested and new control board installed.

New 2 burner gas stovetop
4 Way Galanz Microwave under counter: Micro, Air Fry, Electric convection oven & Toaster oven single unit.
Fiberware under counter mini dishwasher installed and plumbed in. Removable for winterization if desired.

New LPG lines and dual stage auto switching regulator.
Original date stamped 1976/1977 aluminum Propane tanks: New tank values professionally installed and both tanks recertified. Inspection certification good till 2034
Interior
Custom "slat wall" on rear wall/bath wall
New custom cabinetry doors, fixtures. All interior cabinets cedar lined.
Front bed area is a custom modified modular sofa system. 7 piece with storage under each seat. Each module can be moved as desired to create any layout as space allows, including converting into a horizontal or vertical bed layout. Rear street side couch/bed is a dual piece, pull out bed of custom 8" memory foam mattress. Additional sleeping area, the breakfast bar & form another single sleeping platform.
Hidden cubby under pantry which has a Shark robot vacuum cleaner installed.
Custom built main area/salon cabinet hides a motorized 4K 32" pop-up SAMSUNG 32-inch M5 Smart Monitor/TV. Cabinet also has storage for up to 2 5 gallon bottled water jugs.
Rear custom cabinet adjacent to the breakfast bar/work station hides a 2nd pop-up 27" 4K Samsung Smart Monitor/TV.
Android Computer Head Unit
Custom speaker mounts - 2 front two rear that have the trailers name etched into them and also light up and glow with LED.
Dual 12V and USB panels installed throughout the trailer for charging/using any 12v device with a cigarette lighter style plug and also dedicated USB ports for charging any USB device (8 USB ports total throughout).

New Dometic full size ceramic bowl RV toilet
Reconditioned and insulated freshwater, gray water & black water tanks.
Known issues:
Exterior:
Dent and rippling on curb side rear lower curved panel, just behind the water heater. About a 1ft x 1.5 ft area. After polishing it is not as noticeable as before, but the only true fix is a panel replacement.
Belly pan has a visible vertical crack on the curb side, near the rear of the trailer.
Interior: 1 small crack (4" at most) in both the front interior fiberglass end cap and the rear bath end cap.

Very impressive renovation. You may be a little underpriced at $55k. Hopefully you get what you are asking. I like the Furrion exhaust vent you installed and am curious to know how it opens the exhaust door? As you know, the original control panel had a lever that you pulled down to open the vent door. I don’t see the lever in your video and am assuming you motorized it somehow?
With all of the technology you have installed, this trailer at this price is much better than what Airstream is offering today at almost 4x the cost. These trailers are great conversation pieces at the campground and draw attention. I commend you for modernizing a vintage Airstream while keeping it vintage.

Thanks for the comment! It sold this week - and I priced it at what my work was worth to me in the end. It appraised at $64,000, but selling it in the winter at $55 I was happy with. I think I answered your previous comment already, but the 'wall wart' on the outside I chose as it was curvy and kinda matched the flow (original was removed before i got the trailer) and then I put in a 6" duct with a flapper valve to keep the weather out. Rotated it at an off angle so the wind when driving will not want to flip the flipper gates open (ideally). It worked out pretty well. During storage I found that a simple foam plug can be put in it to keep it 100% weather (and bug) sealed when not in use.
