How is this 10 years ago already!!!
Yes, This was a great commercial. I got a 52 ford tractor, just like the one on video. Paul Langton is well known actor, He do Payton place, gun smoke and others
Loved this 1950s Movie Commercial. They promoted their Tractors in an entertaining way that does not turn one off, and is full of Humor.
The exhaust vent just underneath the awning, is that original?
No, originally it would have been a flat flapper cover that was opened by the vent lever. Its for the kitchen hood vent, and the original was gone, so when I installed a new vent fan inside, I bought this and added a butterfly flapper in the duct.
Very impressive renovation. You may be a little underpriced at $55k. Hopefully you get what you are asking. I like the Furrion exhaust vent you installed and am curious to know how it opens the exhaust door? As you know, the original control panel had a lever that you pulled down to open the vent door. I don’t see the lever in your video and am assuming you motorized it somehow? With all of the technology you have installed, this trailer at this price is much better than what Airstream is offering today at almost 4x the cost. These trailers are great conversation pieces at the campground and draw attention. I commend you for modernizing a vintage Airstream while keeping it vintage.
Thanks for the comment! It sold this week - and I priced it at what my work was worth to me in the end. It appraised at $64,000, but selling it in the winter at $55 I was happy with. I think I answered your previous comment already, but the 'wall wart' on the outside I chose as it was curvy and kinda matched the flow (original was removed before i got the trailer) and then I put in a 6" duct with a flapper valve to keep the weather out. Rotated it at an off angle so the wind when driving will not want to flip the flipper gates open (ideally). It worked out pretty well. During storage I found that a simple foam plug can be put in it to keep it 100% weather (and bug) sealed when not in use.
Soooo useless video
Fantastic upgrades, very nicely done!
Thank you very much!
Thats a real beauty!! Nice job on the restoration!
Thank you so much Ashley! Appreciate it! I loved how it turned out. It really feels like Serenity when your chillin' in it.

Wow, that is beautiful!!!
Thanks, I'm pretty happy with how it turned out!
Wonderful, Wonderful attention to Detail!! You should be very proud my friend!
Thank you very much! Its a super comfy trailer. Super happy with the result.
How much?
Just sent it off to the appraiser today, so waiting to get that back and then I'll get it listed online with @AirstreamHunter
Just FYI, I got the appraisal back today and it came in at $64,750, so I'll be listing it soon for $60k most likely to start. Thanks!
This is really funny and clever way to promote the little 8N
Yea, and it's actually somewhat entertaining for a "commercial"!
this machine was restored by Vintage Cash Register. I have more to sell just like this one
Hey Bob, this is my video and I loved that cash register - you did an amazing job on it! I have three others I've had for years, original condition that I need a few parts for. Do you sell any parts if I put together a list?
How do you test the motor
How do you mean exactly? If you plug it in and it does not want to spin then its likely dead (it only rotates when its hung from its top hanger, otherwise it want to try and rotate the outside globe)
How much is this worth I have one non broken and scratched
I sold this one, and then shortly after a 2nd one, but that was 8 or 10 years ago, so I can't really say what they would be worth now.
Cost PLEASE
I sold this one over 10 years ago, so hard to say what they are going for now....
What is the value

This was my family's company. Thanks for this amazing video--it was really cool to see.
Glad you enjoyed it!
Nice video cheers 🍻
Thanks 👍
Hope u are doing good out there 💓
All good, Thanks!
Nice video sir 👍
Thanks!
Need the motir
'Need the motir' ? I assume you mean 'motor', but not sure why you even asking this here... I hate to say it, but I do not have any MOTIR'S...
I love this national cash register & mine is in silver like this one a model 313. I hate the computer digital cash registers of today just too much beeping & no Ka ching that the antique cash registers do.
Yea, this one had an amazing restoration done on it by "Vintage Cash Register"
Thanks. It is too bad that the video camera is SUPER slow to re-focus.
Stranger Happened 8 year old cheap DLSR I used back then. But yea, some of the videos I did 6 years ago are not great...
The videos are still interesting, so it is a minor issue. Were DLSRs ever cheap, though? BTW, did you ever have/seen early cash registers with paper rolls (for automatic receipts)?
I have two of those as well.
I grew up three blocks from there -- South 19th Street between Franklin and Washington Streets. Thanks for sharing!
How do you take this light apart to clean inside globe
does the top brass circle hanger spin when rotating? ty
Sorry for the reply 5 years late, but yes - when its not hanging it will want to rotate that, but when hung it then spins the interior.
Any thoughts why I can't get my key levers to push down and function on my model 711. The #2 key is unlocked, but still won't allow me to ring. The drawer does open if I manually push the lever.
Beautiful, my father has brief footage from 1976 when it was still running. (He was watching the bi-centennial parade and it was in the background)
how much did you sell it for
I don't remember exactly... $600 I think it was...
Hiya, I know I'm late to the party but I'm wondering if anybody has any information on how to restore these. We have one right now but the Finish is completely shot and we're trying to figure out how to restore it, thanks
Just a short video for showing its working condition for the sale.
Very nice video! Beautiful sky!
Wow this is a conversion player from A 78 RPM . has to be because 45's did not come out til the 50's.
what music did you use for this?
"Crystallize" by Lindsey Stirling
+Antique Perfection ahhh ok then I've heard it before. Forgot about her lol
That is pretty cool. Just a tip though. If you want it to look epic, set the GoPro to lower frame rate like 24 or 25, and add color correction in Adobe.
I have the exact jukebox and it also plays 45 records. I've got 4 grandkids and several nieces and nephews who all have dibs on it when I'm gone! I tell them its not gonna happen anytime soon. LOLI bought mine off a guy down in Nashville who rescued it in Lewisburg TN from a supposed former Roadhouse. Guess it was actually being stored in the barn up behind the Roadhouse. He got it for next to nothing and restored it and had it for a couple years when I came along and offered just enough for him to restore a "Wurlitzer Bubbler" so he took my money and ran! This Trashcan still plays and sounds great! Thinking on taking it up north to my place on the lake and let the grandkids and neighbors dance the night away in the old Pole Barn behind my cottage. Making memories is what its all about.....!
+intruder341 So true about making memories!
On one hand the video looks pretty good for not having a gimbal. On the other hand, I see a lot of "jello" and I'm wondering if its due to the post processing or something else. Does the original footage have jello?
+Robert Giordano Yea, it did, but with the camera hard mounted at the time, that's to be expected.
+Antique Perfection I just wondering if there is more you could do to eliminate as much jello as possible before adding a gimbal. Have you carefully balanced the props and all of that?
sweet. Mygirl and I are in the process of restorin g one of these. the one we have has the rotating switch on the bottom. Light is burnt out, ballast looks old, and oily. and the carousel is not turning. hope I can fix it.
Cool vid hope you did not mess up your drone.......
+Dave Begotka Nope - it was fine after this, however I made the mistake of flying it immediately again after getting the snow out of the prop motors and what I thought was dry enough. I was wrong... After taking it off again a short while later, a prop spun off - one motor dead stopped or even might have went into reverse and the torque causing the counter rotating prop to spin off at about 15 feet up. Full power crash onto concrete. That was a very hard crash - but other than me replacing all the motors just to be safe, and popping a few plastic covers back on, its been totally fine. I've had some bad crashes with the Solo so far learning what not to do and where not to do it, and it's been amazingly resilient.
beautiful area nice vid. im uploadijg a few from canada right sway just raw stuff but with the gimbal
Great looking juke box. What did it end up going for?
I love seeing videos of mirro! good work! next time you should go along the building and see inside!
Surprisingly steady
Very cool!
Did you add a stabilization software in post?
TheMonyMass I did cheat a little bit with that yea, but just using RUclips enhancement stabilize only, nothing fancy or more advanced in Adobe or anything. I just watched the original raw output again and the shots I picked to use are still surprisingly stable on there own - tiny bit of shake, but with no gimbal to be expected. Especially when I had it in follow me mode and took off in the truck at 40mph or so it had to go full speed and in the raw output there is next to no difference in the post process RUclips applied. There was allot that was not so stable - it was gusty winds that day, and I'm still not great at the controls, so I just used things I had the shot positioned on and smooth flying. One thing though, in Follow Me mode, before I got up to speed driving in the truck past the Solo's ability to keep up - whoah! Instant motion sickness watching that video. Without the gimbal the copter goes forward, then stops, then back up a bit, then forward to keep its position relative to the phone and controller location locked on, and that jerks the camera up to the sky, then to the ground wildly. Without the gimbal, going 10, 15 or 20mph does not work at all - only way for that to be stable is to keep the copter at its max speed so it keeps the camera level. I'm still happy with its performance so far though.
