No comprendí muy bien la aplicación del concepto, se usan estos conceptos para ajustar un stop loss o para tomar una operación ya sea en largo o en corto dependiendo del escenario? La fuerza del verde en Apple me indica que debo entrar pero haciendo scalping al retroceder entre el 33 y 40% que debo hacer? Salir? o añadir? o entrar? si retrocede al 40 y 60 % debo salir o entrar? ...Si alguien puede aclarar mis dudas les agradezco. ;)

Super novice question, I apologize. But the way I scalp, is I buy at Market price when indicators tell me a crypto will rise in price. And then I set my scalp price, as well as my stop loss, through an OCO. If the price rises a bit, like I predicted, I profit. My scalp is successful.
But in videos like this, I see people showing me the profit they earned on a down trend. There must be something extremely basic that I'm overlooking, but why would people sell during the down trend? It seems counterintuitive to making a profit...
And where did he/you buy in on this example trade?

You can earn while selling a movement to the downside or downtrend. It's called shorting. Look it up.
