I had braces for 4 years and the only reason they ever broke was because I was chewing on something hard like a jolly rancher and accidentally used my braces to try and break it
a friendly reminder that you can basically eat whatever you want with braces but just be very careful w sticky/crunchy things before ur bracket comes off or smt

I had a bracket break before we even left the dentist and one broke when I was eating a cheese stick, by the time I went back I had 7 broken brackets and I didn't eat anything I shouldn't have 😭
