no pain, no emotion, no suffering, no tears, nothing except their need to survive Cybermen the ultimate survivors.

I hope they reuse those new Mondasian costumes. Best new series version yet!
Well, a few minor changes would have to be made first. Firstly, the gloves need to go. One of the more creepier aspects of the original mondasian cybermen were the human features that still showed through, such as their human hands, their mouths opening wide when they "talked", and their eyes being visible at certain angles. Secondly, their weapon is in the wrong place. The mondasians' laser weapons wasn't in their headlamps, they were that thing that is just below their chest unit (you can even see it having handles in the original design and it was most likely detachable as the humans used them against the cybermen). Aside from these minor gripes the redesigns are indeed incredible, keeping the spare parts/surgery feel of the original while making the costume seem less cheap and thrown together with whatever the costume team had. They better reappear at some point.
@@historybuff3644 Yes, I know all of that. I guess the bare hands would not be quite so credible nowadays. The original intent was to have flesh and blood hands but a bunch of cybernetic rods and actuators connecting them to the arm, as I understand it but the Beeb couldn't pull that off back in the day. By the way, Sandra Reed is known to a friend of mine and lives not far away. :)
@@historybuff3644 I think the reason of the gloves was due to the actor underneath not being the same gender or colour as the actor that plays bill. It would be a bit Strange seeing a cyberman that’s meant to be her having white hands

Outstanding! Hands down the Cybermen are one of the most terrifying creatures in the Doctor Who universe!
Weeping angels are terrifying creatures aswell

That's, to me, one of the most chilling Cybermen lines.
Love the Venom Trailer music in the background, too. The Cybermen are my favorite monsters, and I’m glad you were able to show how the old and new Cybermen were both terrifying in different, but also similar ways.
Peri and colin are the best and grate together. Nicole Bryant and colin baker are my favourite.
Ah the Cybermen! The second most iconic and feared enemy of Dr Who! These things really scared me along with the Dalek when I first saw them.

@@nachochips1458 depends on the Cybermen but if its the older stomper versions from age of steel then Daleks can just say no the iron man looking Cybermen could possibly just take the technology seeing as they have super speed (nightmare in silver) flight much stronger lasers then the stompers and the ability to upgrade very quickly and if its the flood Cybermen from the 4th doctor (I think) comics then the flood Cybermen just kill all the Daleks and take the tech by force
Awesome. I still dream of an episode (or 2 parter) entirely dedicated to the mondsian type, and they have those breathing machines like at the beginning of this vid, and people are wrapped in that allover white cloth, and its a really long, disturbing process. You know why it won't happen? CLASSIFICATION BOARDS. Even world enough and time got a lot of parental complaints, and that was only a one minute scene

@The Doctor the colony ship is from Mondas and many of the inhabitants are Mondasian. They just evolved into Cybermen away from the influence of Mondas itself and aren’t the same group of Cybermen we saw in the tenth planet

Could anyone else just imagine a Joker type origin movie about the multiple different types of cybermen?
Spare parts, by big finish is your answer. It’s horrific and creepy and utterly brilliant. If you’re fascinated by the body horror aspect of them, this is a story for you 👍🏻

The OG Mondasian cybermen are the best. They actually look like people who've been "modified."
Best designs are when you see part of the person. Always loved Earthshock Cybermen for that reason
Except when you see part of the person in Torchwood, that would have been such a good episode if not for the design

It's ironic how man is slowly becoming like Cybermen, relying on technology - this'll be us in a thousand years if we're not carful....always looking for the next upgrade! 😕

This was nice seeing all the old cyber men. Definitely the first ever ones. It was all so nice seeing all the other old ones that were in 1 2 3 4 5 6 8 9 10 11 12 doctors episodes. I loved seeing the ones from attack of the cyber men. By Colin baker as the doctor. I have all colin bakers dvds he did a grate year. All so he is my favourite doctor. I love all the old doctor who's. I have all of them. There grate definitely colin bakers ones. Peri and colin are the best to gether and. After colin had finished he was in a flim with Nicole Bryant. As peri. Yeah they where in a film together and it was called the airizone solishoin. It's grate there a couple in the film. Yeah there grate.
Cybermen are the best reappearing villain there scary cuz there techno zombies on the other hand Daleks look like salt shakers the angels got over used and aren't scary anymore and the master is just... m e h
