American Airlines needs to get its act together bad. Their booking system is great compared to the competition but cabin product sucks. Delta and United just dont have the set up to show you all the options the way American does is their booking system.

Before United gets all excited about the upcoming year, perhaps it needs to deal with the poor maintenance of its aircraft! It seems that two weeks can't go by without hearing about SOMETHING happening with a United jet.

A major airline like United or American should always have two manufacturers in its wide borders ( redundancy)
Remember when 787 were grounded for >12 months ? It could easily have been longer
