Being born in 1970 I grew up watching Bird play basketball from his rookie season right through until the end. In this link I'm about to share with you, I remember some of these because he was my main inspiration to start watching the NBA full-time back then in the late '70s Magic too, but mostly Larry. Bird an Nique my 2 faves ever. Ya MJ was the goat and defied gravity, but people forget about Nique' and how he could defy gravity and was pure violence when he hit off on that rim.....he was scary graceful and savage. One of my fave Bird{and Nique'"stories ever. Dominique a class act and needs more respect, or at least talked about more, than he gets. And, of course, Bird always had someone who decided to talk trash to him, and paid the price lmafo. Him and Jordan were the 2 you didn't want problems with.
