That poor little thing. NO, they should not do this to their newborn! For all you creeps who think this is the correct way to care for an infant. It is the VO's that cause this detrimental behavior of the mothers. Feeding them one seed every 10 minutes knowing they're desperate to go care for their baby but fear giving up that one chance to get food. That baby is so precious and innocent. She didn't deserve to struggle forever and be shoved upside down with her face in the dirt. She was hungry. That watery milk doesn't keep them full for more than an hour.
You like that the maybe one week old baby doesn't get teat and that mom monkey refuses milk to her baby . How proud you are. Her other older not babies are waiting in line to drink , so will it be when mom monkey is sleeping . I am watching less of this no milk for a week old baby . Getting a few swallows and mom monkey is one of those 500 pound monkeys. The nipple is not pink yet maybe grey (?) and baby is still nursing , I am happy .
