How can you put this on anyone but him? It was his choice to leave that weapon in a children's backpack. That negligence directly led to a death. How do you know she was aware of the weapon? Man's had it in a children's backpack. He could have easily walked in and put that down without her ever knowing it was more than a bag. He deserves the time he gets.

This is why I’m a proponent of teaching firearm safety to kid’s in schools nationwide. They have gun safety interactive programs with cartoons etc; available, but they aren’t used in schools in mass………Why? Teach it like “stranger danger”, but in this case, show scenarios of what to do if a child finds a firearm (STOP, GO GET AN ADULT!!!). As kids get older you can advance the teachings with firearm safety, hunting, and the impact of taking a life (pictures of victims, funerals etc ;). Most teens and young kids think guns are for play (videogames, internet, movies)….THEY’RE NOT!!!! If firearm safety isn’t taught in a safe and educational way (school, hunting), I would keep my kid away from them all together (NO toys, games, movies ANYTHING involving guns). Lastly, a long prison sentence is counterproductive if this young man had no record, and is a good father. If he was/is involved in anything reckless, I hope this ordeal affects him to make a change in his life.

Makes sense that the shell was still in the gun if you're not holding the firearm tightly it won't eject the shell properly. So the first responders clearing the gun is accurate.
Thats not it at all buddy. When a round is fired the shell flies out and a new round is chambered no matter how you hold it, that is literally the only mechanical thing a semi-auto gun does. It's not a revolver or bolt action rifle. Why does nobody know how guns work??

May she rest in peace. 👑🙏🏾🕊 PSA...If you're going to exercise your 2nd Amendment right, please be a responsible gun owner.A gun should never be within reach or even sight of a child, especially a child that's not even old enough to differentiate a real gun from a toy gun.
This man's mistake was not securing his weapon and not being a responsible gun owner but manslaughter with a possible 15 year prison sentence is absurd!!! Give him probation and disallow him the ability to own, carry, or be in possession of a firearm but I definitely don't feel this man should go to prison. The poor kid has already lost his mom so don't take his dad. Also have dad to take mandatory parenting classes. My prayers to all affected by this tragedy.
Naw, he needs to go to prison. The father isn't a good example anyway. The child will be better off in life without his father. Why do you need two assault riffles and a hand gun in the house with little kids. He just a freaking idiot I don't feel sorry for him. I'm glad the 2 year old didn't kill himself because of the stupidity of his parents.
Sadly he needs time , hopefully he can get off in like 8 years or something, but he did this to himself
@@pmb7927 I agree that he is an idiot and who knows why he had those type of firearms and I can't speculate about that. He's young and I feel there are other ways to rehabilitate him. I definitely believe he should receive a punishment but I still don't believe prison is the answer. Who is to say where this child would be better off because another kid caught up in a system that has failed many may not be much better.
@@rushking19 I agree this was definitely his own doing and I could never argue that fact. I'm definitely not saying that he shouldn't receive a punishment, I just don't believe prison is the answer in this case. Probation and mandatory parenting classes and life skills classes to help him become a better man and a better father.
Or a year of gun safety classes
Absolutely tragic. My prayers go out to the family.
This one is really sad. If he only had the gun in at least a holster, that child would not have been able to pull the trigger. Dam
Damn, so sad, hope the lil boy is gonna be mentally ok😪😪😪
Damn..this sad man...you have to keep guns locked away and somewhere safe when you have children
This sucks that he had to learn the lesson of keeping firearms safe by loosing someone like that
She was so beautiful, they looked happy together. This is so unfortunate. I pray for the deceased mother and her family, the poor little baby, and the dad as well as his family. I hope they can find peace one day, because I know this will haunt them for life.
Better than live action news subscribing to your page bro. You be getting the views. Congrats on everything, the growth is for ever
Damn this is sad all around for everyone even the dad. It sucks his mistake costed him his Loves life and his freedom
I felt wrong liking this but you earned it bc the production quality is really stepping up 🤣
Kids having kids. Not the pawpatrol bag with multiple other guns in plain view 🤦🏾♀️
The fact that he got so many pics on social media with gun's is mind boggling.
If only he knew.
U just posted what I was thinking
How the hell does someone leave their gun in a kid’s backpack and not think anything could possibly go wrong?
I think the backwards reasoning was that the police wouldnt look in a kids packpack during a raid.
SMH.
@@kyostikallio5528 they found no drugs tho, why would they raid him? Legally owned firearms too. Idk hold story seems fucked up
@@GudMarty probably if anybody tried robbing his apartment
And loaded guns in the open closet, in a house with kids someone was bound to get hurt
@@GudMarty they did if u listened their was marijuana in the house when searched
Also what responsibility did the mother have ? She had to know that the guns were all over the place
lol it shows how little actual responsibility police give modern women. She should've been watching the kid or had the guns hidden in high-up places.
They definitely share responsibility (irresponsibility). She's dead and he's headed to prison, and the two babies lives are forever changed one parent never returning and the other returning to probably be a completely different person. It's all very tragic and could of been completely avoided with proper firearm storage.
I hear you but shes dead. Her responsibility is irrelevant now.
Ikr and now look what happen
@@Lonesome__Dove Now one alternative Situation could be that he left the gun in the child’s bag loaded and ready to fire hoping the child would take himself out, Then became shocked when he killed her mother instead. I will say that it was most likely an accident and in this country there’s a trend to criminalize all accidents as way for government to look like they’re doing something
I appreciate you videos. Giving us real news no bullshit. Stay blessed
Your pauses really give impact to what you're saying. Good story teller.
Even if you don't have a lock. Keeping 1 OUT of the chamber is effective. A 2 year old isn't going to rack a 25lb slide🇺🇲💯
Faaaacts !!!!!
That’s what I was thinking like yea it’s dumb to put a gun in a kids book bag but yu never know what was going on or if it was his I seen hood niggas with cartoon backpacks but why is one in the head when yu so called at home
100%. some people here may not fully understand the difference as the comments only mention a loaded gun.
Not leaving one in the chamber is a bad idea. But he shouldn’t have all the guns loaded you need only one and have it with you at all times also kids need training so they know it’s not a toy
@@jairopavon11 I feel bad that I have to explain this. The manner in which he left his firearms out- yes not leaving one in the chamber is the best if you don't have a safe. If it is in your possession- then one in the chamber is fine. Go on foxnews/cnn facebook if your looking to argue troll!
my son going to be 2 in december and i cant even imagine him going thru some shit like this shit sad af for real smh
R.I.P. to the deceased I hate it when people say they are just kids well kids can still take your life away .

Dis who sh!t a sad situation that play out time after time in the black community shit crazy dis reminds of the time I was chillin in my room with my baby mother & my 4 year old son was playing with his older cousins outside & my son came in my room with a BB gun & shot it & the BB flew pass my eye & me & my baby mother jumped up & I grabbed the bb gun & took it away from my son & took it apart...smh dis shit sad af my prayers go out to the family & dad

Sad to say but the girl plays a part in it as well by allowing him to be so careless with the fire arms...poor Lil boy loses his mom and dad now...
When you in your 20s:
You do some of the Dumbest stuff in your life and this is proof of it 😒🤦🏽♂️…….
RIP🙏🏽❤️
Agreed 100%
I agree I wish kids didn’t have to grow up in these environments. Honestly what can we do though🤷♂️ Start giving out licenses to have kids lol?!🤷♂️ It’s just sad all around man 🧸🙏RIP.
How tf are they gonna charge him for manslaughter? Now the kid will be without both parents? This system is sooo fvcking stupid!
Yes, the kid lacked sophistication. Guns to him were props, items to enhance an image. He didnt take firearms seriosly handling them like toys.
Prison for him helps noone. As is he is paying a massive price.
Its all so sad. Im hoping things work out.
I feel for this young man .. I pray he comes home & be able to take care of his children. Sending prayers to family 💕🙏🏾💕
Yea looks like he had another kid he can come back home and leave guns out for that child as well.
@@Anonymous-ze4sx keeping guns around the house is fine. But he should have the loaded magazines somewhere separate and completely out of reach from kids.
@@dylanlapenna8513 Better yet, keep the guns loaded and ready to go, but have them locked in a secure place you know your kids can't access.
@@battlefieldelite1 that’s not going to help you during a home invasion if you have to find the key, go to the safe, unlock the safe and use the gun. That would be a good idea if you’re a hunter.
@@dylanlapenna8513 That's why you invest in a good safe or lockbox that has fingerprint scanners. Also keeping your gun and mags in entirely seperate locations will also do you no good in a home invasion lol plus fumbling around trying to load the mag into the weapon and rack the slide/pull back the bolt in the dark isnt ideal
When living that life goes terribly wrong rip so sad
What up doe, checking in from Detroit MI. I like your content family so keep doing your thang and keep it a buck!!
Please keep us updated, if you can. I feel sorry for the entire family. This clearly was an accident, but we all know what happens in cases like this.
The little boy is gonna have to live with this!!!! WHAT THE FUCK!
He most likely won't remember any of this
i stay watching your videos big dawg they fire, keep up the good work good shit bro
These videos teach me lessons everyday.. that’s why I stay in school even tho I’m surrounded by madness I try to do right because I’m thinking about my future and what I do now, he probably wasn’t living right and had opps so he put his pistol In his baby’s bag because you never know when some one will catch you .
Look at him posing with his guns, and to think about how these kids play around them all this time
