Interesting! Would you say it is akin to Dora's Carcinoma at all? As far as caretaking and bedridden-ness. That would be fitting. I've yet to read 100% Match but it is on the list. Thank you!

You could say that, yes - only in the “Carcinoma” chronicles, the main character refuses treatment whilst here… well, the old chap hasn’t got a say in it all really. He’s immobilised and weak, with all sorts of nasty things going on around (and within 😳) him.
