Hello, thank you for the very clear material.
Do you have tutorial about how to use the mechanical routing and logical routing application?

Unfortunately, nothing current. There is hardly any demand for the topic.

@@learnNX Good afternoon. Yes, I followed all the steps, but the second time I had to roll back, I couldn’t cope with two boxes, but then everything worked out

Question B: let's say I have part A which has a hose socket. I also have part B, which is hose itself. Than I make an assembly with hose + part A with one end of the hose connected to the socket (second end should be free). Then I want to use this assembly in the another assembly as a child and connect the other (free) end of the hose with the socket on the secondary (parent) assembly. Is there a way to use deformable part feature in this case and how? I hope it is clear what I'm asking. Thanks for a very good tutorials!

But this video shows this using the wires. In the higher-level assembly, either a coordinate system must be selected to define the bridge curve, or a curve path. Depending on which elements you have defined as deformable in the deformable hose.

The hose comes pre-installed (non deformed state) with one end attached to the component A. At the time of creation of this subassembly, only one hose connection is known. The second end is installed later, on the parent assembly geometry. Hose deformation should be then performed later, at the top level assembly to connect the remaining end. Anyway, I will indeed double check the video to see if I missed something :) Thanks again for the great videos!

First .., Thank you for make all this and just give to us. In this Lesson above I could reproduce the first but not the second. The CSYS Datums of only one Plate simply don't appear in the assembly ! I don't understand why ?!! And .., specially in this one I realized that there are a lot of "why's" that should be said in order we better understand the concept ! So., I suggest you redo this one or make another with deeper details. Once again .., thank you !

Please define your questions more precisely. In which minute / second in the video did you have which question?
Tip: download the assembly and try the exercise again in the download.

Is it possible to constrain the tube length (outside the routing environment) and how?
