@@sarmadghafoor1484 if it was some random person i'd agree with that but i'm pretty sure they all know why gordon is there.i think she knows she's not losing a tip or scaring people away by serving that type of food to gordon. you also have to realize servers are one of the more overworked/underpaid people in the food industry. it doesn't excuse this behavior ALL the time but if you ever have servers that are super nice to people but kinda quiet/nervous/snide/angry around owners its a sign that there might be a problem with the restaurant. obviously that's not true 100% of the time but its something to look out for if you watch this show a lot.
When you have to hide a piece of the menu like it's a dirty secret maybe you should just remove it instead of whining about it.

Pat really is legendary. Owners think they're out of tiramisu, waitress thinks they're out of tiramisu. Gordon asks Pat for tiramisu, and the dude just walks out of the restaurant and fetches the owner's mama who brings tiramisu.
That waitress had an evil smile when she told her boss about the ravioli. I give her full respect. She knows Gordon has to see everything in order to solve the problems. Respect her.
