God bless you❤. You had asked us about the price of housing in the country we live. I should say that in Canada and specifically in GTA ( Great Toronto Area) the cost of buying or renting a house or apartment has rocketed up. For renting a one bedroom condo you need to pay around $2500/ month or more. For renting just the main floor of a house you need to pay around $3000/month or more. To purchase a cheap semi detached or town house you need to pay more than one million dollars. I saw a beautiful house some days ago for sale $2.950,000. I hope that one day I become wealthier and be able to buy a very beautiful house and give it to you as a gift because you really deserve it ❤. Do you like to come to Canada and live here? Again, you are an angel❤😊.

I’m a big fan of Canada as a possible place to live yes, but I didn’t realise how expensive it is.

Hi Anne! In Italy is a must to buy!!.. it's a kind of obsession...we have been taught by our parents that the aim of life is to buy a property..I totally disagree..it' s like you are condemned to live in the same place forever for me...but..well ..10 years ago we could get a mortgage..and so we bought..now I m sure it would be impossible for us to get it...things have changed so much..houses are so expensive! And jobs so uncertain..

In my country, people buy apartments and houses by taking a bank loan. Everyone wants to have their own home.😁🌳🏠

Not really… though we have a saying when we lose our patience “I’ve had it up to here with (thing that’s annoyed you)” and we gesture to the top of our head as we say it.

Let me make a story using the following words.
It is time for me as an adult to buy a house instead of renting it, but there are two reasons not to think about it at all. Hopefully, I am not up to my eyeballs with debt but for me as an student and as a nurse at the same time plus having an unemployed spouse, it is non-negotiable to ask for mortgage from a bank.😢😢😢😢😢

Small corrections: A student (not an student) and A mortgage.
      Great work! Well done 👍
