Awesome Final result and Thank you for taking us along for the Project! I always love finding a fellow Carlin Quoter!! In a world where so many people do things Common sense should tell them not to I hear his eternal question " And what's wrong with Natural selection?"
Awesome work! I did a resto/deep clean on my grandmother's 127 last year, it's back in action and works amazingly well. These are worth saving, you rock!
This painting snafu is what often happens when I try to do my own manicures.😵💫🙄 Hope you’re able to get this project wrapped up & get her sold. Very pretty machine after all your hard work.
I think those turn things are called turn buttons... Last time I bought some they were with the hardware items for window screens, hinges and replacement rollers for sliding screen doors. Hope that helps.💖😁
I haven't really thought about restoring other people's machines because I'm still figuring things out and I would hate to do something damaging to a machine that's treasured by someone else at this point. If that makes any sense. Thank you so much though and I'm really glad that you like her I think she's adorable
Hi! A whole lot of just digging in and trying to figure out how things work. Thankfully there are a lot of helpful people and videos out there for when I am a little confused, but in general I like to pick projects that are really in terrible condition to start with so it's not scarry. Just grabbing a screw driver and digging in :)
Watching these three videos on your 127, I saw you talk briefly about your table top grinder/polisher. I'd like to get one and wondered which brand/model you have?
I bought mine on Amazon. About $80 OPAVIOC Jewelry Polisher - Adjustable Variable Speed Bench Grinder Polishing & Buffing Machine Works really great though.
Awww I love her❤
She is beautiful!
Wow.... you are so talented! I can not believe all the things you have taught me, Thank you so much. I watch your sewing channel every time you post.
What a transformation! Love her (especially the color)! ❤
Love watching these videos. Thank you.
Beautiful! Love this!
She's beautiful. I love the simplicity of these machines. They will outlast the modern plastic ones. I wish my mum hadn't given hers away.
That's my girl! You should be very proud of her. Excellent job! She's a treasure
