This has renewed my interest in the Stinger. It was on my wish list since it came out but I haven't thought much about it until now. Thanks for the nice reminder.
love the stinger, but like you i was a bit disappointed that the expensive version comes with the same steel as the "cheap" one. not that nitro-v is bad, i like it, but for a knife in this price range and coming from we, it should have 20cv (like all the other ~200.- we's).
I also agree should be 20cv. I have a We saakshi in 20cv & has been compared as identical to the stinger but without the choil. Scored my saakshi for 100$ from a youtuber sale
@@mildmannerededc It is more than knife youtube to me , it is contact with like minded people all over the world. People i have come to consider friends. However, sadly there are only so many hours a day. How is your daughter getting on with her psoriasis? Better i hope. All the best.
I just have the G10 scale version but I love it. I agree, that overall slimness makes it ideal for times when a bigger/heavier knife is uncomfortable. I call mine my “church knife”. 😀👊
Cool! I think the price on the full Ti version is about right. I am glad they offered a few versions... mostly I was curious about this UniCopper material. It's neat, not $35 more neat though. Lol. Thanks for watching!
@@mildmannerededc I make EDC ''stuff'' out of copper ,brass & Titanium so NORMALLY I'd go for the copper accents BUT I'm not a ''showside'' fan ! Now if it had equal or just ANY of the same accent/inlay on the lockbar side I'd be more into it ! The full Ti version looks BADASS to me an already knowing how good the action on the regular/G10 stinger is, makes it a MUST BUY for me ! PLUS it looks like it would be PEFECT for some mod'ing which is what I plan on doing w/mine ! Some cool Anodizing and/or bark texture would make it a real stunner [IMO] !
Yeah, I feel like the plain Ti version at $175 isn't totally off base, but not sure the inlay warrants the extra $35. The Ti at $150 and inlays at $175 would have been a well priced set of knives.

Yeah, I'm kinda in the same boat. Seems like an odd oversight. 🤷♂️ Honestly though, the inlay screws bother me more. Lol. Thanks for watching!

Dude.. Great minds think alike! This is one of my favorite edc! I carry it all the time! I am going to buy one for my brother..
Right on! Yeah it's a pretty awesome design and it's put together very well. Your brother is a lucky dude! Thanks for watching!
Looks great - Ferrum Forge, kings of the finger choil!
Ha! Indeed! I'm glad they actually go for it and don't half commit. Cool knife. Thanks for checking out the vid.
Definitely a very cool design. I think I'd probably get the budget version but I'm glad to see them upgrading it. Great review 👍
Awesome video man cool looking knife i like the blade shape
Cool knife and I like the copper. Thanks for sharing Brad.
Thanks for taking a look!
Looks like a great upgrade to a great knife.
Ooooh dang I was wondering if you would pick this version up….it’s a striking knife!
Hello Brad. Please forgive me if i miss comenting occaisionaly. Watching more news channels at the moment. All the best.
On the list of important things in life, knife RUclips should be somewhere near the bottom. 🤣 Be well my friend!

If the inlay is not glued, the screws might allow for an inlay swap, which would be pretty cool.
Yeah I've got to try it out.

I'm in for a solid Titanium version 100%
The inlays don't do anything for me !

Really wish this was in 20CV for the price.
20cv would justify the price point, the we saakshi has made this point
Hard to disagree, was an odd miss I think.
Or if the price was more like $120-150.
