I was just about ready to throw my G502 Hero out the window. After dabbing some isopropyl alcohol into the switches, the right mouse button no longer glitches. Thank you for making this video!

I sincerely believe the issue isn't the switches but the enclosure design. When Logitech moved from the G500 to the G502 design they increased the gap size between the buttons significantly and it allows much more "stuff" underneath the clicker buttons. I've noticed detritus get stuck in the gaps on this mouse that would have not have been an issue on a G500... I think it's just dirt and dust and finger grime falling into the clickers that make them stop--not the clickers failing because of construction flaws or mechanical failures.

Since the mouse wasn't working, I considered opening it up to see what was wrong. However, I decided to try a simpler solution first and blew into the mouse from the outside. Surprisingly, this seems to have fixed the issue for now.
Edit: it still sometimes glitches but works better overall
Another Edit: I've Bought a new mouse....

Good guide, but a word of warning - if your other switches are fine, don't try to clean them with ISO. I fixed my right click issue with this vid, and then cleaned the rest of the switches, and another one failed. Just focus on the switch that has the issue.

    THANK YOU BROTHER
I was going to go to repair shop which would be a pain aside from the cost I would need to drop my mouse and go without one for a day or two but now it works. Hopefully it won't break anytime soon cuz I'm broke af rn

Cleaning or simply blowing into it will help for some amount of time. You actually have to swap out the micro switches. Which is cheap and easy.

Welp. Feels good not to get agitated on my clicker anymore. There was only one part that was unclear to me. So I recommend anyone on this step ( 05:35), to look for a complimentary video. What I did was using my available tools to get in between and lever appart the two.

I have discovered, and tested extensively a much faster and easier fix (though temporary).
When your G502 main clickers are giving you trouble: Turn the mouse on it's Right Click side and give it a few forceful whacks on the desk... has worked like a charm for me.

I don't think the cliclers go bad as fast as people report--I think the actual problem is the super wide gaps (compared to older versions) between the buttons let in way more dirt into the contact pads than previous versions. I think grime is the bigger problem than clicker failure.

and I was getting about ready to huck it across the room and buy a new one, thanks, though newcomers be warned, i pulled off the shell to hard cause it wasnt buding and I snapped the connector to the side light, I was able to get the power wire or whatever you call it back in and its working, but it wont lock down so I imagine its only a matter of time till the light gets disconnected, but that doesn't affect the mouse and this fixed my problems
