mannnn cable $200 where. It's like 300-400 plus for cable and internet. just to watch a bunch of re-runs and old movies. You still have to pay to watch new movies and certain tv shows. Crazy. It's like you're robbing peter to pay paul just for a little entertainment. You defo have a new subber here!!

@@GurooGuy , watched new Ghostbusters in HD! I got a Amazon Cube. A lot of buffering in the beginning , but rewinding and pausing in the beginning and some patience, it catches up and you can enjoy the movie. I was shown that trick from a buddy, to fast forward and rewind back 1st 5 minutes of the movie and pause for 5-10 minutes, after that there should be no more or limited buffering

Is Firestick 4, best to use? Other yt videos mention that any version will do. Older versions would cause lag and loading issues, right?

Honestly you don’t have to update kodi every time there’s an update. Only when there is a major update like this. They switched from nexus to omega. There’s no good way to update, you gotta delete and reinstall the new.

How necessary is a VPN, plus since we already have subscriptions, do we just cancel them outright? I apologize for silly questions, this is my first time trying this. I got everything set up per your suggestions, now just need to see if i can access some good educational children networks.
A VPN is highly recommended to keep safe while streaming these type of apps. Use the link in the description for the von I use. It is very good! And get me used on an unlimited amount of devices. With all the apps shown on my page, you should be able to cancel all your subscriptions, including cable. My recommendation is to cancel everything, upgrade your internet, get a vpn. You’ll save money in the long run!

I have done multiple speed tests on my internet and it is fine. Just about all the channels need to reconnect all the time. Any ideas?

Check in the tv guide section. There’s plenty of channels. Install the guide, then click channels pvr. Also the add ons at the bottom are full of stuff. Add ons like tvcue I think it’s called, can’t remember off the top of my head. There’s plenty of channels, just explore

Hi thanks for the information and step-by-step tutorial. However, is it common to be returned to the your apps and channels page repeatedly from the Kodi app?
Restart your Firestick, delete any apps you don’t use that are taking up memory. When you open kodi, let it sit for a few mins while it updates itself before you do anything then try again. (If you have an older Firestick, you will be prone to issues)

I’m having problems on kodi. Once I get to the install from zip file and click the repo nothing happens. I went out and bought the fire stick on sale like you said today it definitely was a good deal. Thanks for any help!
its very hard for me to figure out a problem without knowing/seeing exactly what happened. I can only recommend is going into your settings, go to applications, go to manage applications. go to kodi, force stop, then clear data and clear cache. open kodi and try again. make sure you get the url correct when you do it again. hopefully that helps

You can add Kodi to a pc. Just download the windows (or mac version) 64Bit then follow the steps

How does a person delete the apk for the kodi install if the home bitton was hit afterthe first delete and prior to the "are you sure" second delete. I am unsure if the apk file iis still there or how to delete it if it is.

I've installed Kodi and the build twice. Everything goes through just fine with no errors but when I hit the home button and try to open Kodi, all I get is a black screen. I've tried closing the app, restarting the firestick (4k version not Max). What's going wrong?

@@kristopherwilliams5711 try doing a factory reset of the fire stick then do the install. That sorted it all out for me. Another firestick fully updated wasn't taking the install from zip, I factory reset that one and got favorable results again. That's the only recommendation I can make.

Only use the VPN while you’re using these apps to stream. You don’t need one to set it up. Don’t forget to get IPVanish ! Link in the description! It’s the vpn I use/recommend

Haven’t heard of that one before, usually restarting your Firestick fixes most issues

Keeps crashing just closes down randomly. I tried walking dead and a few new films and nothing worked so 🤷♂️ . Everything downloaded exactly as stated in video too.

Restart your Firestick and try again. It will happen sometimes. Just gotta be patient with it. It is worth it once it goes through

I’m having a bit of trouble, my kodi keeps crashing whenever I download the tv guide, on fresh installs (when I reinstall), things like anime work fine but as soon as I download the tv guide it constantly crashes, any help would be appreciated, thanks
It takes a few times sometimes. It usually takes me like 3-4 times of trying until it finally works. Just keep trying, it will close, go back and do the same thing. Eventually it will work. Force close kodi, restart your firestick. It will get there eventually!

Just the free version. Unless you have real debrid. Then get xenon 2

If your firestick is old, that might be an issue. Try restarting your firestick. Deleting any apps you dont use that are taking up memory. open kodi, let it sit for a few mins before doing anything. Then try again. Also make sure you are using the most up to date kodi omega v21. If this doesnt help, i recommend getting a new firestick 4k. They are on sale right now on amazon, target, or bestbuy for 29.99
