+Jeanine Amapola for the maybe-line lipstick it worked SO GOOD!!!!! when I applied lose powder ( the powder you bake your face with ) then apply the liner and the lipstick after you apply it, apply the lose powder on top of it 10 sec and brush it off!!! this always works for me hopefully it works for you too!
Try applying thin layers of the NYX lingerie. Putting one thicker coat on doesn't work for that product unfortunately. If you want to give it another go, just try thinner layers and let them dry in between :)

Depends what it is. Lip stain, absolutely. Mascara, well, it better not take my lashes with it when it leaves my face. I'd rather one that falls apart with water than one that needs scrubbing at - I have few enough lashes as it is.

One thing I admire about the way you do these types of videos, is that you give a product by that brand that you adore to counteract the negative product. I just think it's so refreshing for someone who's doing these videos to disclaim that they do not hate the brand, just that the specific product didn't work for you. :)
I like how you compliment the brand after you talk about one of their bad ones. That way you don't bring down a brand :)

I would choose any blender over that. It's rock hard. Worst blender sponge thing I've ever felt.

I totally get the love-hate thing with this type of video, but we really love them! You're not being negative, and it's so nice to know before we go shell out for something that it did/didn't work like you needed it to and why!
A tip I found interesting but amazing is using powders/bronzers that didn't look right on my face, but using them as an eyeshadow! I found the glitter was amazing and works well if you like the colour but not the look on your cheek Xx

Omg finally someone that agrees with me about the urban decay illuminater! I got the shade aura and it's literally just pink and gold glitter, ugh so frustrating!
the urban decay is really good, if you keep brushing it once you out it on it takes off the glitter and looks gorgeous
I really liked that NYX colored liner in the light purple! it actually IS as bright as the outside makes it look. Still a brush applicator, but the color's really fun and it lasts forever.

I don't know if I just a lucky one of the NYX Lingerie, but I have Bedtime Flirt and Ruffle Trim and am obsessed with them! They aren't drying or tacky on me at all. So funny how we can have different experiences. The KVD liquid lips did not work at all for me, and I swear everyone else loves them!

The chubby in the nude foundation is formulated to be blended with fingers! I've tried with a brush as well and had the same results as you but the warmth of your fingers makes it blend effortlessly.
The sephora brand luster matte long-wear lip color in mulberry luster is exactly like the maybelline vivid matte berry boost, except that it actually is matte and doesn't make your lips numb.
Yes!!! I've swatched those naked illuminators in Ulta and Sephora and I always noticed they were SUPER glittery and went everywhere. I was wondering if anyone else noticed it.
Love these videos! I think its good to hear what doesn't work for people when there is so much hype on the internet for products!
I personally really liked Urban Decay's illuminating powder and I use it as a highlighter pretty often, but I really like glittery makeup and looks so I don't advise using it if you don't like those types of looks. The brush that comes with it works a lot better than a fan brush for me as well.
the NYX vivid bright eyeliner has a very bright neon blue eyeliner thats beautiful
For the Nyx Lingerie lipsticks, apply them with thin coats on the lips so they won't be as tacky. Hope it helps x❤

I think you presented this in an extremely positive way and fairly too! You tried to find positives even in the negatives. You weren't bashing and that's what a good review should be....a critique to learn from.
I love these videos. I just love them because yes you may be bashing the products in a way, but also it's so helpful. Then we know what's good and whats not. Everyone always talks about loves so hates is good sometimes too!!!
I agree completely with what you said about the clinique chubby stick, super hard to blend out, also the ud naked illuminator is just straight glitter when you put it on the skin!! But i adore the nyx lip lingerie, it smells like cupcakes and one coat is all you need, and mine dries fast and nice!
The nyx lingerie liquid lip is a liquid to matte formula !!! You have to let it dry before you start moving your lips together :) that might be why it seemed weird. It's drying but most liquid lipsticks are !
for a "beauty blender", get the one from eco-tools. it has a wand. the only thing you'll have to do before using it is wet it, which is basically the same thing you'll have to do for a normal beauty blender! :)
Tarte has an awesome double sided kohl and liquid liner!!! They have a lot of cool products too that I think you would love
Your nail color is SO pretty!!! I seriously can't fall in love with any of those powder brow products because they are so messy during application! Also, I really need to check out that eyeshadow from Pur Minerals- it looks gorgeous!! I had such a fun time watching this! :D

with the Maybelline liquid lipsticks..I find using a base of lipliner prevents the product from making my lips go numb. so many people hate that product but it works wonders for me
If you're looking for a very dark, black kohl eyeliner, the urban decay 24/7 eyeliner in perversion. It is the blackest liner I have EVER used!! 💕
You should try the Sephora brow fibers! I love them! And they are very easy to apply.

the maybelline sponge works really well for powder if you like baking your concealer!

If you loved the color of the drugstore liquid lipstick try the Sephora brand liquid lipstick in mulberry luster!!! It's the only shade I like from the line! And very similar to the drugstore one!

I have the Sapphire and Halo shades in the NYX Vivid Brights and they are much better colour wise. Thanks for letting me know to steer clear of the green though! I was so surprised when you swatched the shade. It's not at all how I thought it would look.

I love the chubby in the nude foundation stick! I just use the RT buffing brush and it gives a lovely finish :) crazy how different things are for people!
I find the Clinique chubby foundation stick blends well with my fingers, which is why I love foundation sticks for days I'm in a rush to get ready. I would recommend you try it that way if you want to give it a second chance. Love your videos!

Try the makeup revolution Pro illuminating powder! It's suppose to b like a highlighter but I find that it gives that natural dewy finish , really pretty!!

YOUR LIPSTICK IS SO PRETTY
for the maybelline matte lipgloss, it worked fine and dried fast for me, you just have to make sure you put on a thin layer. when it first comes out, it's got a thinker consistency. but if you run it on the edge and get some of the product off the brush it works

100% agree with you on the Maybelline Vivid Mattes being disappointing. I got that mauve-y color that you have, and I was so bummed. I was expecting a Nyx Suede/Jeffree Star kind of thing, but mine just didn't dry. I put a swatch on my hand, waited an hour, and it was still wet. I was really disappointed.
If you loved that Maybelline Vivid Liquid Lipstick in that berry colour you should totally try the new Too Faced Melted Matte Liquified Long Wear Matte Lipstick in the colour Bend and Snap! They are very similar colours to each other and the Too Faced one is just so freaking amazing in colour and especially formula!
I'm not a fan of those sticky NYX lippies either. I have one and never wear it. All the colors look so pretty in the display, too.
