- Hi everyone, this is actually a vlog but I also sit down and explain what's been going on with me lately, including the new meds I am on for anxiety and also for my ADHD. I also get a new piercing and do a bit of carpool karaoke!

Thank you so much for speaking so openly about your adhd it’s so nice to relate to someone with the same symptoms, a lot of people overlook adhd symptoms thinking it’s just carelessness or laziness as I think a lot of people are uneducated on what the symptoms can be aside from the typical ‘hyperactivity’❤️

Hi Lily! I really love your videos, like I check back so often to see if you’ve posted! I just had a question, did you ever find it hard driving with adhd before medicated? I’m pretty scared to drive with it but don’t have the option to go on meds Rn. can you offer any advice? xoxo
I found that I would get sleepy more easily and a bit foggy headed after a while. I just try to avoid long drives if possible or break it up into shorter distances. Hope this helps xx

I think I have ADHD too because I get really upset about things that happened in the past before I was even born and no one really understands how I’m feeling about it. That started when I became ill with an SMA infection in February 2023 and my TPN treatment was successful. I think my traumatic illness has made me really depressed for 17 months so I’m on medication now and I don’t know how I feel yet

How did you go about getting diagnosed with adhd? I’ve been struggling for as long as I can remember in terms of concentration/ motivation / perfectionism (all traits that are very different to adhd in boys)
I was diagnosed by a child and adolescent psychiatrist years ago but have recently switched to a paediatrician who can also help with ADHD. If you are over 18 then a psychiatrist that specialises in ADHD can diagnose you. Good luck

yes. I had an iron infusion a while ago and the levels are still good.
