We never played Eisenhower, we played Aldine though and they were tough as hell. Katy beat our ass every year until VY senior year. But you right, what Jeff Fisher did was criminal.

We played against him in the late 90s-2000s as a rival. Texans would have been a perfect fit for him but the ahole GM chose Mario Williams instead

That USC team was called the "Team of the Century" and analysts at all levels were calling them arguably the greatest college team ever.
