Nice of you to honor Dan's memory. Dan Prattville would be happy to know you like what he started and Dan would be honored that you moved to Prattville from a prestigious place like Naples, Florida. Nice video; Thank you , Jose.
Quess what?! Daniel Pratt is my ancestor. We are tied to Bibb County Monument Leonard Calloway Pratt UDC erected it. Mary Dickerson Pratt cut the ferry ropes and protected women and children. I am THRILLED TO SEE THIS!!!! Thank you so much! Brierfield Iron Works park has the Pratt Family home located on it. It is an honor and I am seriously thinking of moving to this area.
Thank you, I missed that last year I lived in Prattville for about four months. I had to come back to Chicago because my house did not sell for what I needed. However, I do plan on moving to beautiful Alabama.
I am a direct Pratt and for that I want to say thank you. I know that they did WAGES, not slavery. Matter of fact this was likely the reason for the war. Damn sure wasn't slavery.
