      To fully deplete my muscles and push them past the point of failure 😊 it leads to more strength gains over time!

    Temi so how you about to keep your weave clean and still smelling fresh if you always sweat after workout
    Iono how you do it but I try

      I always try and use a hair clip and clip my hair up so my sweat doesn’t touch my hair and then I deep condition it usually at the end of every week, sometimes every two weeks and try to rebraid it once a month, I find that that helps!
