I went on Imprint Films website and I couldn't confirm this. I'm assuming it isn't. I have a couple blurays from Imprint Films/Via Vision and they're region free blurays. Umbrella Entertainment is also an Australian boutique label. On their blurays it states region B, however, I've never had a problem playing their blurays as well.
