Cant be done, International Court of Justice (ICJ) by law prevents this. For the perps to be executed for capital crimes in the US the Venezuelan government would have to agree, Maduro has stated that he will never authorize this. Thus any death penalty sentence would cause an international incident. Life without parole is the only legal outcome.
