High Five have a MacGyver thing for you. In the back pocket of the seat (AE1012) is an extra Spring Valve adapter. If you get this pump take the long needle like adapter supplied with the pump cut it and insert it into the Spring Valve adapter. Seal it with super glue. Now you can use the spring valve adapter with this pump. I just finished this and the only concern I had with this pump is now gone.

Hi Dale how did this pump hold up, are you you still using it? I have just bought an inflatable boat, which take a lot more effort to inflate than my AE kayak so I could do with an electric pump.
Too noisy! I can inflate my Sport in 5 minutes with my trusty little AE Packlite foot pump. I do have the double action pump, just incase, but it gives me a headache to use especially with 90°+ outside. Just tappin' my foot till full. Since it's rated for only 2psi, I can't use the drop stitch floor. I do have a West Marine foot pump rated at 5.8psi but don't have an adapter for the military valve.
Philip Longee At 70 years young the programmable gets most of it done for me. Also it really comes in handy when I’m filling the tandem convertible and my elite. Thanks for watching.
