1960s: Jim Parks-England,
1980s: Syed Kirmani-India vs England.
2010s-Taitende Taibu-Zimbabwe,MS Dhoni (ODI).
Wicket Keeper's who have Bowled in Test Matches:
1970s: Rod Marsh-Austrailia,Taslim Arif-Pakistan
1980s:Bob Taylor-England,Wasim Bari-Pakistan
Since 1990s many have done so.
