The BEST Khao Soi In NAN, Thailand | Khao Soi Tonnam
During our recent trip to Thailand we journeyed to the north of Thailand looking for the best Khao Soi we could find.
We think we found it in a town called Nan in a restaurant called Khao Soi Tonnam!
As with all Asian cooking this is a rough guide with regards to amounts, adjust for your own taste and spice tolerance.
If you want to make it spicier then toast birds eye chillies instead of large sweet chilli.

This is white person heaven, Asian food makes white lives better! If I ever get there this is exactly why I'd come to Thailand but alas I can only speak a little Nepali so far and if I went id love to be able to chat and tell them how good it is like I can in Nepali.
