Those EQ settings are almost exactly how I ran my Jubilee! The boost in the bass from 8-10 on the pot makes it sound enormous, and running the lead master down and the output master at at least 6 really fills it out and keeps volume under control.
Great tones and playing! I love this amp. I got a Silver Jubilee 2550 50W a few months back and it's such a great crunch machine. The tones in this video are very true to how this amp really
sounds. Cheers!
That tight low end.. OMG.. beautiful!
Sounds great, I really like these amps.
these are great sounding amps.. love mine. the ge7 just wakes things up nicely on these amps

That’s it. magic
Nice! I bought a 100w 2555x a few months ago, its a fun amp, but I bought it to try different transformers to make it sound more like the ones from the 80's
OMG!!!
That's the shit right there. You got craft son. Daem.

Hey, Eddy. Do you think that Silver Jubilee Reissues are any good for sounds like these you got on this video. And how about Marshall Mini Silver Jubilee 2525H? I'm thinking of capturing the sound with IR's
Great video, Eddy! Could you share the GE-7 settings? Thanks!
Thanks! Sorry, I don't remember the settings.
@@EddyLenz Thanks Eddy. Would mind telling me your signal chain on the DAW? It sounds so good. I'm trying to capture my jubilee with a SM57, Royer 121, into an Apollo x4, but I can't get close to those tones you get. Thank you in advance.
@@MarceloAllendeMusic The speakers and mic placement are a very big part of the sound. I'm just adding a bit of reverb in Cubase. I mostly use two tracks per mic panned hard L/R.
What is modded about the speaker/cab? Thanks
Different grill cloth (vintage style salt/pepper) and I put a 2x4 in the middle of the cab like in old Marshall cabs + stripped the Tolex and metal handles.
E how are you recording these vids?
All thr gear is in the bottom of the description
ofc - curious how your mixing them mics / placing them
ty ty~!
