As far as I know the elementary school and high school has always had a serious problem with bullying. Look into the schools before you decide. It can be dangerous.

Both Frisco and Daly City are located on the peninsula, and due to its closest proximity to the Pacific Ocean, both cities experience foggy morning.

I would say no. Daly city is always cold, gloomy and depressing.
