If you want to milk Unleashed + Dragon's try adding doing 2x charged weapons instead. Unleashed ticks still have a separate unique chance to proc hemorrhaging, you can effectively double dip it. Doesn't work from skills that have a guaranteed chance though, I've tested Ice Reach, Surprise Attack, etc. Have not tested the 2 direct hits from Rending Slashes or Rend, but they're probably the same unfortunately. Still might be worth it.
Plus, the weapon damage you lose from nirn gets suplemented by having higher Sundered uptime from Bound Armaments and Crystal Weapon, giving 3k pen and 100 weapon damage.

This isn't really a meta sorc setup, the strongest sorc builds allow for decent Hardened Ward scaling and enough sustain to use it. This is purely a stam sorc old school setup with vigor reliance.
