Interviewer Douglas McGray was a perfect partner to help us explore Kelley's life and work. Several in attendance said that "it was an honor to be in the same room with him."
Great talk! Over the years I've worked for so many folks who were involved with Stanford and I'm always impressed. I wonder about their selection process.

Dharmendra Rai Wouldn't it be a great thing to gather up a team, do the brainstorming sessions everyday with'em, just not being a boss but being a friend sharing each and every other person with their ideas, discussing and building them, just like what he and his team do at IDEO? Man, I'd love to do that.
Love how he has championed the practical benefits of putting design at the forefront of management priorities, but whenever I see him talk, and his body of work, I can,t help thinking that his main talent, and the company he founded's main talent, is self promotion.
