  • Photo essay/walking tour of the Southside neighborhood in Fort Worth along Hemphill Street, S. Jennings and Lipscomb. This is a major service area of the ministry of the South Central Alliance of Churches. Our efforts to bring help and hope to this neighborhood face many challenges such as lack of affordable housing, an urban food desert, lack of jobs, and the neglect of property owners and landlords.
