Tifa is an Italian symbol now
That's a really genius idea when he put this Tifa in the video

This non ironically sends me a shiver down my spine whenever I watch it. I mean, he destroyed the gaul tribes against impossible odds then rather than being proclaimed a hero, he was ordered to disband troops and return to rome but rather than doing that, he had the massive pp energy to say no, thus triggering a civil war he wasn't likely to win against his best friend and after 4 years of fighting, and finally triumphing and being hailed, in the peak of his power and glory, he is assassinated by those he trusted the most. As epic as those stories lives were, I am glad I live in the exact point of history you get to see that through doge memes. What a time to be alive
@Habibi Arab Cat Assuming that the internet and RUclips will be a thing forever
It is good to see the whole story of history! But I would rather be living that first hand. Regardless of the risk!
Well he got the highest of honours! Being a Salad name...
He almost lost as well to the gauls.

As a Frenchman I have to say, Rome would never have defeated the Gauls without those goshdarn machine guns.
But what about Asterix and Obelix? They defeated even machine guns
xD
Tbh France would never have existed if the Gauls hadn't been conquered by Rome though
@@Zzpiraten Depending on what do you mean with "France". Maybe it would still be France (after all, franks appeared independently from romans, and still could conquer that territory). Maybe instead it would be something close to Brittany in terms of culture, but on the territory of all France. This is a certified Roman classic
This is a certified Gaul classic.
I, scorpo Giovanni, have a dream
Like the fact that everything is historicaly accurate, even the two walls around Alesia. Caesar didnt want Vercingetorix to escape so he has ordered to build a wall around the city. When he got to know, tal reinforcements for Gauls are on the way, he had ordered to build a second set o walls to keep reinforcements out of the city. He was stuck in the middle, outnumbered more than 3 to 1 and he had won with minor losses.
Such a badass
When Gauls learned that Caesar has Gandalf on his side, they surrendered immediately. After all, when Gandalf is around, YOU SHALL NOT PASS.
If the siege had taken a little longer, I'm certain that he would've diverted a river inside Alessia and flooded the whole thing.
@@TheBlobik Well two of the non-accurate things in this,is the fact that some of them and especially the centurion cheems wear lorica segmentata which would appear during Octavians time not Caesars and also that the feathers in the Gaulish helmets were a romantization of the 19th century but other than that yeah mostly accurate.
Fun fact: modern historians thought Caesar's recount of the siege of Alesia were unreliable, as they didn't believe the romans could build such a long (double) wall in such a short time.
Then they conducted some excavation around the site where Alesia used to be and found that Caesar was actually telling the truth.
The Caesareum at the very start of the video was a nice touch.

Dang, see Caesar at the end trembling for the pain as the doge meme, make me emphasize really hard, i almost feel his pain... This describe perfectly the ability to create content of this guy
I'm amazed about the fact the giga cenurion was able to hold a gladius with two fingers at 0:24 and at many others.
Your 0:24 is awesome as I can use as shortcut to the moment before the chorus.
Which is the part that was edited in by scorpo and not in the actual song.
Btw I never noticed that he was holding the gladius two-fingered until I looked at the bottom end of the sword.
I.... I have spent a lot of time learning as much as I can about Rome and it's history and I am actually amazed at how many things are in here that I am just going, "Okay, yeah I see what this is representing." and "That is a VERY condensed version of what happened in Egypt during the Civil war, but it gets the point across."
"We will kill the king before he can become king and tyrant!"
actually causes a legitimate tyrant to rule who holds no love for the people as his predecessor did
